For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable full prepayment for all rooms is required during booking; this will supersede any payment terms for bookings made previously under Flexible and Refundable Policy

NO NAME CHANGE POLICY: Guest’s identification details indicated during booking is final and any changes thereafter will not be allowed.
ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN: Booking details must match the original identification documents provided by guest during check-in.
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
Please be informed that the hotel’s Gym at Level 8 will be undergoing maintenance works from 31 July, Thursday, to 13 September, Saturday. To ensure your fitness routine remains uninterrupted, an alternative Gym facility will be available at Level B1’s Boardroom from 6pm on 31 July, Thursday, and until 1pm on 13 September, Saturday. On other days within this period, the facility will be operational for 24 hours. Your comfort and well-being remain our priorities.
