One Farrer Hotel

Everything was perfect! The friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of the staff at this hotel, combined with its facilities, are the reasons why we keep returning to the One Farrer Hotel whenever we visit Singapore.

Above and beyond! From The moment we checked in until the day we checked out, they treated us with amazing hospitality! We would stay there again and recommended them to our loved ones! Perfect location for MRT. Fantastic room with a view. Loved the pool and just the hotel design. They hire some of the best employees to make the trip relaxing, enjoyable, and special! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Nice hotel. The room was very comfortable for the price. No food service after 9:30 pm and no 24 hour room service. Pool very nice. No coffee shop. Friendly service.

A wonderful room of excellent size with great equipment and an impressive view. Excellent bathroom. A beautiful lounge offering delicious food that changes daily. Highly qualified and very kind personnel.

Good. Fast service at counter

One Farrer Hotel in Singapore stands out as a 5-star resort, offering a blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Situated in the vibrant Little India district, it provides guests with a tranquil retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool, complemented by a fitness centre and spa facilities. These amenities are available to all guests. Towels are provided. Those guests staying on the 18th, 19th and 20th floors are then able to utilise a smaller pool on the 18th floor, which boasts views over the city. There were very few negatives/ criticisms found during my stay, but one was the cleanliness of the pool on the 18th floor. The windows are covered in limescale and sadly ruins the luxury pool experience and obscures the view across the city. What truly sets One Farrer Hotel apart is its commitment to outstanding customer service. The staff's attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are excellent. We experienced relatively minor issues when we checked into our room, that being the TV not working and some of the plug sockets. A shout out to the duty manager, as once he heard about the issues, he flawless tried to rectify it and as an apology, moved us rooms, by means of an upgrade, into a specular suite. The genuine commitment by the hotel to provide exceptional and genuine customer service was noted.

Nice property with big, beautiful pool. Room was large with comfortable bed. The only inconvenience is the access to the ice :). Since it was really hot during our stay, we had to call the front desk several times to request ice. I wish we were able to get ice ourselves whenever we want.

if you like Indian cuisine then this hotel is for you. They do not serve international breakfast selection rather Indian based recipes. I have allergies to spices so i was not able to eat properly.

Really friendly staff who were more than happy to help. Fei Yan was excellent at housekeeping and the room had all we could need and more. Only negative is the pool area which has bird poo on the furniture. This wasn’t cleaned often (you could see the same poo from the day before on chairs). We got some on our clothing. If this was checked and cleaned more often, it would be excellent.

Excellent customer service

Hotelli oli tosi siisti ja rauhallinen. Huone (mint huone) oli erittäin siisti ja tilava. Palvelu pelasi tosi hyvin. Allas alue oli iso ja rauhallinen, aina oli tilaa. Sijainti tosi hyvä, metrolla pääsi kätevästi ihan mihin vaan. Tulen varmasti uudestaan!

Air condition was making noise.

We had booked a mint den in the one farrer hotel and it was awesome. The room was super clean and maintained well everyday; the toiletries were replaced on a daily basis. As someone who eats only vegetarian food, the proximity to little india also provided a variety of restaurants with veg options. The hotel is also a stone’s thrOW from Farrer Park MRT making the commute to various places easy. Overall a great hotel and will recommend it highly.
