Check in was a breeze. Was queuing up at the main reception when one of the Discovery receptionist (if I got it right) came up to me to assist me with the check in at another counter 👍 Got a room with a good view. Was there for a short stay to relax. Thank you!

Amazing experience at the Pan Pacific. Truly a five star hotel and maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Service is top notch, the architecture is insane, and the provided dining and bar options are very convenient. Location is great and is close to Promenade station as well as has a direct connection to two malls in the area, with the third one easy to get to as well. The room itself is gorgeous, spacious and I had an amazing view of most of Marina Bay from my room.

Centralt liggende hotel med gode rum. Dog uden skabsplads hvilket gjorde at vi ikke kunne pakke ud. Og så skulle man være medlem for at kunne besøge top level baren som der blev vis billeder at på hotels hjemmeside - hvilket ikke fremgik og var en af grundende til at vi valgt hotellet.

We had a wonderful staycation with our little one. Hotel is connected to shopping malls with many dining options at your convenience. Great service with kids friendly play area at jungle village to kids pool. Sweet surprise in room with balloons n bday cake, a very memorable stay!

We have stayed in this hotel before that she does not fail to amaze me each time. Location was very central, in the Marina area that makes it very accessible to other attractions. Checking in was a breeze. Though we have quite a high number of staycations, the queue was done in an orderly manner, managed by the Lobby Manager. Front Office staff was very courteous and explained everything we need to know to make our stay pleasant. Overall, we had a pleasant & refreshing stay at this hotel. Keep it up & thank you.

Everything was perfect. Only gripe was the lack of fresh milk for tea drinkers like myself and the fact I was mistakenly charged S$477 for 4 days of emptying the minibar when we never used anything. The hotel removed everything on our arrival to allow us to keep things in the fridge as it was a very small fridge.

Lovely big well designed hotel. Easily located for shopping and metro and good views. Big rooms lovely communal areas. One guy on reception a bit rude and breakfast not included even though the room price was quite a lot but there are other options nearby. I’d stay again.

コスパ最高です！ 高級ホテルの中ではちょっと落ちます。 ただ、クラブアクセスをつけても1泊8万以下で50平米以上のお部屋はかなり良いと思います。 そして冷蔵庫のビールとソフトドリンクはフリー、毎日1人につき2点のクリーニングを無料で してくれます！！

Amazing experience at the Pan Pacific. Truly a five star hotel and maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Service is top notch, the architecture is insane, and the provided dining and bar options are very convenient. Location is great and is close to Promenade station as well as has a direct connection to two malls in the area, with the third one easy to get to as well. The room itself is gorgeous, spacious and I had an amazing view of most of Marina Bay from my room.

Centralt liggende hotel med gode rum. Dog uden skabsplads hvilket gjorde at vi ikke kunne pakke ud. Og så skulle man være medlem for at kunne besøge top level baren som der blev vis billeder at på hotels hjemmeside - hvilket ikke fremgik og var en af grundende til at vi valgt hotellet.

We had a wonderful staycation with our little one. Hotel is connected to shopping malls with many dining options at your convenience. Great service with kids friendly play area at jungle village to kids pool. Sweet surprise in room with balloons n bday cake, a very memorable stay!

We have stayed in this hotel before that she does not fail to amaze me each time. Location was very central, in the Marina area that makes it very accessible to other attractions. Checking in was a breeze. Though we have quite a high number of staycations, the queue was done in an orderly manner, managed by the Lobby Manager. Front Office staff was very courteous and explained everything we need to know to make our stay pleasant. Overall, we had a pleasant & refreshing stay at this hotel. Keep it up & thank you.

Everything was perfect. Only gripe was the lack of fresh milk for tea drinkers like myself and the fact I was mistakenly charged S$477 for 4 days of emptying the minibar when we never used anything. The hotel removed everything on our arrival to allow us to keep things in the fridge as it was a very small fridge.

Lovely big well designed hotel. Easily located for shopping and metro and good views. Big rooms lovely communal areas. One guy on reception a bit rude and breakfast not included even though the room price was quite a lot but there are other options nearby. I’d stay again.
