Really amazing experience! The room was superb, spacious, well designed and the view was amazing. We had dining credits and enjoyed all in room dining and buffets at the Lime. Food was delicious and above expectation. We will come back again for sure! Thank you Traveloka for good deal!

We had the most pleasant stay in ParkRoyal Pickering. Despite of the current situation, we felt safe that the areas are clean and the staff are very accommodating. The location is superb and the vibe is very relaxing. My little girl just enjoyed her time in the pool! We'll surely stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

Not an exaggeration to say this is our favorite hotel in the whole world. That sounds like hyperbole but it really isn’t.
The hotel itself is stunning (get a garden view if you can), staff are professional and friendly, pool is nice, breakfast is tasty, and the neighborhood is a great base to explore Singapore. A bit away from Marina Bay, but to us that’s a blessing. Better food around.

First of all, I was so excited to stay at this hotel due to the interior and exquisite looking. However, I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. The most impressive incident was the day when we check out. I traveled numerous time and stay at hotel, but never got a phone call that push me to check out. The check out time was 12pm, and it was around 11:30 and almost packed and ready to get out. But i didn't ever requested to alarm me, but they call me(it was automatic voice message) loudly and push me to get out. I felt so aggressive. Also, the cleaning service was not that than i expected. They don't even refill the amenities that we used. And it takes more than 30 mins when I order ice buckets for example. Soo excited and look forward to stay at this hotel, but once is enough

It was the worst hotel I experienced in Singapore. Nobody was cleaning or making up the room until we asked and waited for 30 minutes. Long que for breakfast which was waste of time and hotel rate is crazily high. Not worth of money.

We had a good stay at the Pickering. The room is clean and quiet. The location is convenient -- it is close to multiple shopping centers and food courts. The MRT station is close by too.

こちらのサイトで予約すると、受信箱にホテルからメールが届きます。宿泊者名簿を前もって送信したりすると、ミニバーが全て無料になります。
半信半疑でしたが、冷蔵庫の中のジュース、炭酸水、お茶、ビール、スナック、おやつ・準備されてるコーヒー紅茶（TWG）は、全て無料でした。
特別なリクエストを前もって入力したところ、早朝便なので、アーリーチェックインをお願いしたところ、可能部屋があればできますと。フロントでアーリーチェックインを再度お願いしたところ、空いてますのでお部屋をご用意してます。また飲料水は浄水器がありますが、ミニバーが無料になったので是非ご利用下さいと。
またチェックアウトも、かなりスムーズでした。フロント前に行くやいなや、スタッフが待ち構えており、チェックアウトですね、ルームキーをお預かりします。 これで、チェックアウト終わりです。支払いは、前もって済んでるので、領収書はここではありません。 また、お荷物はお預かりしましょうか？、と聞く前に答えてくださり、部屋番号を書いた厚紙を渡され、食事と観光に行き16時まで預けました。厚紙のメモをホテル入り口のバッケージストレージのスタッフに私、スムーズにホテルを後にしました。タクシー乗りますか？と声をかけて下さり、本当に至れり尽くせりでした。
こんな経験は初めてです。
宿泊者に寄り添った配慮と効率化が全て揃ってました。
次回は、プールやバー、ディナー、アフタヌーンティーを利用してみたいです。全ての観光の拠点としてもとても便利でした。
またあれだけ植栽豊かなのに虫がいない、蚊には一つも刺されなかった。
しっかり大作してるようです。
ホテル入り口は、ゼラニウムの香のディファーザーがありました。苦手な人には辛いかもです。

Loved this place. Arrived at 5am after a 17 hour flight, and they simply let me check into my room without any hassle or extra charges. That's never happened to me, and I travel a lot.
Hotel itself is awesome. Everything is new and nice, service is impeccable, location can't be beat. The best place to stay in Singapore.

Fantasic service, great loation. Very nice Hotel and recommend to anyone. Once we checked out, they offered us free bag storage and a pass to come back to the hotel to use the pool & freshen up before our flight home, no prompting required. That is called "service"

This is an architectural wonder of Singapore, but perhaps at the expense of the guest experience. The rooms are very dark (not enough natural nor manmade light). The rooms smell fusty with a slight odour of urine - perhaps not well ventilated enough? The bathroom constantly drips water. There’s so much to love in the design and thinking, but certain elements weren’t very well thought of specific to a hotel. When we stayed the bar was under renovation. There’s also only one restaurant which only serves a buffet - strange for such a large hotel. Must commend the staff for excellent friendly service though.

Not an exaggeration to say this is our favorite hotel in the whole world. That sounds like hyperbole but it really isn’t.
The hotel itself is stunning (get a garden view if you can), staff are professional and friendly, pool is nice, breakfast is tasty, and the neighborhood is a great base to explore Singapore. A bit away from Marina Bay, but to us that’s a blessing. Better food around.

First of all, I was so excited to stay at this hotel due to the interior and exquisite looking. However, I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. The most impressive incident was the day when we check out. I traveled numerous time and stay at hotel, but never got a phone call that push me to check out. The check out time was 12pm, and it was around 11:30 and almost packed and ready to get out. But i didn't ever requested to alarm me, but they call me(it was automatic voice message) loudly and push me to get out. I felt so aggressive. Also, the cleaning service was not that than i expected. They don't even refill the amenities that we used. And it takes more than 30 mins when I order ice buckets for example. Soo excited and look forward to stay at this hotel, but once is enough

It was the worst hotel I experienced in Singapore. Nobody was cleaning or making up the room until we asked and waited for 30 minutes. Long que for breakfast which was waste of time and hotel rate is crazily high. Not worth of money.

We had a good stay at the Pickering. The room is clean and quiet. The location is convenient -- it is close to multiple shopping centers and food courts. The MRT station is close by too.

環境に配慮しながらも、現代の最適さは全て備わっており、清潔さ、サービス、立地全てにおいて素晴らしい。
こちらのサイトで予約すると、受信箱にホテルからメールが届きます。宿泊者名簿を前もって送信したりすると、ミニバーが全て無料になります。
半信半疑でしたが、冷蔵庫の中のジュース、炭酸水、お茶、ビール、スナック、おやつ・準備されてるコーヒー紅茶（TWG）は、全て無料でした。
特別なリクエストを前もって入力したところ、早朝便なので、アーリーチェックインをお願いしたところ、可能部屋があればできますと。フロントでアーリーチェックインを再度お願いしたところ、空いてますのでお部屋をご用意してます。また飲料水は浄水器がありますが、ミニバーが無料になったので是非ご利用下さいと。
またチェックアウトも、かなりスムーズでした。フロント前に行くやいなや、スタッフが待ち構えており、チェックアウトですね、ルームキーをお預かりします。 これで、チェックアウト終わりです。支払いは、前もって済んでるので、領収書はここではありません。 また、お荷物はお預かりしましょうか？、と聞く前に答えてくださり、部屋番号を書いた厚紙を渡され、食事と観光に行き16時まで預けました。厚紙のメモをホテル入り口のバッケージストレージのスタッフに私、スムーズにホテルを後にしました。タクシー乗りますか？と声をかけて下さり、本当に至れり尽くせりでした。
こんな経験は初めてです。
宿泊者に寄り添った配慮と効率化が全て揃ってました。
次回は、プールやバー、ディナー、アフタヌーンティーを利用してみたいです。全ての観光の拠点としてもとても便利でした。
またあれだけ植栽豊かなのに虫がいない、蚊には一つも刺されなかった。
しっかり大作してるようです。
ホテル入り口は、ゼラニウムの香のディファーザーがありました。苦手な人には辛いかもです。

Fantastic environment, gorgeous view from the hotel room, free fruit, and a very nice bathtub. Had a wonderful time here, and will most certainly stay here again in our next visit.

Loved this place. Arrived at 5am after a 17 hour flight, and they simply let me check into my room without any hassle or extra charges. That's never happened to me, and I travel a lot.
Hotel itself is awesome. Everything is new and nice, service is impeccable, location can't be beat. The best place to stay in Singapore.

Fantasic service, great loation. Very nice Hotel and recommend to anyone. Once we checked out, they offered us free bag storage and a pass to come back to the hotel to use the pool & freshen up before our flight home, no prompting required. That is called "service"

This is an architectural wonder of Singapore, but perhaps at the expense of the guest experience. The rooms are very dark (not enough natural nor manmade light). The rooms smell fusty with a slight odour of urine - perhaps not well ventilated enough? The bathroom constantly drips water. There’s so much to love in the design and thinking, but certain elements weren’t very well thought of specific to a hotel. When we stayed the bar was under renovation. There’s also only one restaurant which only serves a buffet - strange for such a large hotel. Must commend the staff for excellent friendly service though.
