Business Hotel Astrum Laus

Good but no housekeeping on the weekend and no way to get a coffee after 9am. But clean and comfortable.

Surprisingly modern, nice underground parking lot, lovely lobby, great staff. I had a clean and useful room with a nice balcony, but it was quite small, the TV was relatively small, and the mattress wasn't great, so the sleep quality should be improved.

Friendly staff

This is a comfortable business hotel for several nights during the week. However at the weekend the focus change to a party venue. I had 10 nights there; the staff are professional, polite and attentive. The standard rooms are larger enough. However even as single traveller, I prefer a double bed. The bathroom facilities are good. The mini-bar is well stocked by small if you want to add anything of your own. The television is modern but not smart, which is becoming the standard in this class of hotel. The breakfast is what I expected, normal cooked items and continental selection. Although on a Monday the quantity and variety was severally reduced (less bread and fruit options). I ate in the restaurant and the bar several times, all the food I had was of decent standard, only a couple of times we (I was with business colleagues) had to wait longer than expected. Although I did not use the gym or the well being facilities, my collegauges who had used it said that they were very good, although “the sauna was closed on Mondays”. Additional charge of 7 euro’s a day for parking seemed to higher than the going rate for the area. Please be careful if you are preparing as the receptionist nearly tried to charge again for the stay, however she identified the error first and corrected it immediately.

After driving for more than two hours we were told that we cannot have dinner at their restaurant due to some live cooking show . One of the reason why I booked the hotel was the restaurant . Also on their website they advertise kids friendly hotel- I stayed with my two daughters and were not allowed to use the wellness with them . Kids are only allowed to use the wellness on Saturday from 12-3pm. We arrived Friday late afternoon and no dinner and no wellness to enjoy . Very disappointed . Nobody informed me that on that day restaurant won’t be opened for guests .

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional. The hotel provides free shampoo, but my only suggestion would be for conditioner to be offered as well.

Pokoj pěkný a prostorný. Lidé na recepci milí a ochotní. Pakování možné za příplatek hned u hotelu za příplatek 150 Kč. Posilovna není v ceně. V hotelu je pouze jeden výtah a byl extrémně vytížen, takže jsem do 5.patra musel chodit pěšky. Snídaně velice slabá.

L'hôtel dispose de nombreux services (salle de gym, spa) offerts avec la nuit. Par contre, les chambres sont mal agencées et ne permettent pas de passer la meilleure des nuits pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Peti déjeuner moyen.

Modern hotel in de centrum van Levice. Kamer was modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

This was truly a nice and comfortable place and the ideal location, when I stayed in Levice for 2 nights watching a basketball tournament. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were very service minded and contributed to a relaxing and nice atmosphere, where I really felt very welcome. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. Nice to experience a fast wifi connection and free parking indoor as well. If I go to Levice again in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Très bel hôtel, tout neuf, très propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux avec oeufs brouillés, saucisses, bacon, etc. Salle de sport ouverte à la clientèle extérieure : 2 tapis de course, 3 vélos et tous les appareils de fitness. carte du restaurant un peu courte mais bon. très bon séjour
