A Smart Stay Apartments

Room was ok, but for the price you’d expect soap in the bathroom, some sort of milk for coffee, and WiFi that might actually connect to the internet. Also had to get another guest to help check me out because the hostess had turned her phone off. Average at best.

Inredningen stämde inte alls med bilder på Hotels.com. Det var slitet och torftigt. Värdelöst internet. Ingen tvättmaskin Ingen diskmaskin Ingen tvättservice ingen reception. Smutsig uteplats med trasiga bänkar och full med duvskit. Utsikten mot havet var rätt in i en mur. Priset skulle vara med rabatt, dubbelt så dyrt mot andra ställen Lyxlägenhet med renoveringsbehov

För det första så stämde inte tillgängliga faciliteter med beskrivningen i Hotels.com. Fanns ingen tvättmaskin, ej heller någon diskmaskin. Ingen tvättservice annat än hänvisning till en tvätt c:a 10 min bort. Spisen ej ok då bara 2 av 3 plattor funkade. Kyl/frys skulle vara stor, den var liten och gick inte att få ner till under 10 grader! Städning 2 ggr i veckan bra, men tyvärr hade vi duvlort varje dag på vår patio, som f.ö. inte hade mycket till utsikt. Vi bodde i en s.k. Classic apartment, just den kan vi inte rekommendera någon att välja. Vi kommer inte tillbaka.

The place has a lot of potential, but lack an eye for detail. The building and layout of the unit is great but it lacked the "Smart". It was just a apartment. The communial braai area were not clean and the braai grid was filthy. There were no brush to scrub the grid. The units is nothing like the photo's on the website. Acccording to the site we should have had a king size bed, we did not get that. There should have been a washer/dryer, there was none, to name a few. We were very disappointed, we expected a lot more. The location of the apartments is fantastic.

We were very impressed with our unit, and had a good stay. However some constructive criticism: The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows could be improved. The shower didn't have very strong pressure. Although there is a kettle, there was no Tea/Coffee provided which one would expect in a 4 star.

arrivées à 21h Après un long voyage nous n'avons rien trouvé:pas de café ni thé. La manager nous a informé que tout était fermé et qu'il fallait attendre le lendemain 9h!!! Nous partions en excursion le lendemain à 8h....le ventre vide. Pas de véhicule et rien dans l'appartement indiquant un numéro de taxi oû un service .Heureusement l'eau du robinet est potable. Rien dans les alentours pour manger et impossible de se faire livrer tout était fermé. prévoir dans ses bagages le minimum car ni dans la cuisine ni dans la salle de bains vous trouverez le kit de "survie "basique. Climatisation uniquement dans le salon dans les chambres, on étouffe.Pas de wifi pendant notre séjour ,piscine douteuse. Établissement loin de Cap Town 60 km résultat nous avons dépensé plus de 500€ de taxi!! En cinq jours prévoir environ 1700 à 1900 rands aller retour pour aller au centre ville. 700 pour l'aéroport. Dernière info pour ceux qui tenteraient cet établissement une station service se trouve à 1,5 km et offre 24/24 un minimum de produits ce que l'on n'a pas été capable de nous dire à notre arrivée. L'établissement devrait mettre en place un distributeur de première nécessité ou proposer moyennant un supplément un minimum à l'arrivée.

Our apartment was not clean when we moved in for a week. We actually rehashed all the dishes and cleaned everything. New management and maybe some work might make this place a little more comfortable.

Besitzer hat sich nicht einmal blicken lassen. Eine Einheimische machte alles, so gut sie konnte

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and spaceous apartment. We also made use of the sheltered braai facility and the little outside did not bother us.We were disappointed that no shower or bath soap was provided.

First of all we had to wait 90 min for the key outside of the hotel. Warm scary with two kids. They had a sign that said ring the bell or call this nr. Offcorse no one answered the bell and about the phone, how can you assume that your customers have a phone?! I managed to stop an officer who made the call yet i waited 90 min. The room was just ok the pool was disgusting i phoned the owner from the reception and she ended up hanging up! What? Don't stay here whatever you do!

We stayed for one night in a 2 bed apartment, which was safe, clean, easy to find and perfectly located for our needs.

Other than that I only got bath soap on my last day, the room was large and comfortable. Good hotel if self catering is your thing

The apartment had everything you need. Tastefully decorated. We had a super stay. Really good value for money!

L'hôtel était très bien entretenu et la personne de service, Felice, très compétente. Seule la propriétaire, alors que nous étions en hiver, exigeait l'arrêt du chauffage dès que nous nous absentions du studio. Mais ce qui ne va pas du tout dans ce voyage c'est la location de la voiture chez HERTZ: on nous a demandé de prendre deux assurances complémentaires pour les pneus et pour le bris de glace; Or à la suite d'un léger accrochage avec un poteau métallique de parking, on veut tirer sur notre carte visa 1600 euros ! Or la franchise annoncée était de 300 euros ! 16 000 rands pour un incident dont l'employé de HERTZ qui a repris la voiture a lui-même dit que ce n'était pas grand chose ! Est il possible de remédier à cela ?

Der Pool war nicht benutzbar. Die Fenster waren undicht. Als wir im Bett lagen wehte uns der Wind nur so um den Kopf. Es gab nur eine Bettdecke. Laut Beschreibung ist Lage am Meer. Tatsächliche Lage ca. 5km Vom Meer. Leider keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Badezimmer duschten wir lieber nicht es Zog und die Fliesen in der Dusche sahen nicht sehr sauber aus. Unter 4 Sterne Luxus Apartement verstehe ich etwas anderes.

Although it is a self catering appartment, i expected that there would be coffee, tea, sugar ext. in the appartment and there was not. A pity. Room was great and easilt accessabl.

Accommodation was spacious, well appointed. the tower room was big, had plenty of cupboard space but a very small bathroom, just a shower basin and toilet. Although positioned in a suburb, the road noise was excessive during rush hour. They actually have a great pool entertainment area, I wasn't told about it and discovered it just before I left. Great location for the beach, close to a big mall and the wine estates are close by, all within short driving distance.
