Exceptional experience

The staff is nice but they advertised a full kitchen, coffee and tea makers, etc. they don't even have cups. I brought my own coffee and just needed a cup for hot water and they said they don't have any at all and there's nothing they can do. Why would they advertise a kitchen with no dishes or utensils? Why would they advertise coffee and tea makers with no cups to drink them? Even when I pushed it they said they won't do anything. Also while there was a small fridge in my room the only power outlet in the entire room including the bathroom was where the fridge was plugged in so I couldn't even use the fridge if I wanted to charge anything. The accommodation is fine but don't expect to be able to use the kitchen, fridge, coffee/tea maker.

Everything was good.

The hotel was very clesn and well maintained. The reception was stellar and the ladies were very accomodating to my needs (also very freindly). The only issues were the location (its a bit dangerous so you cant walk around you have to drive everwhere), the bed was too high for me as im short and it sucked that you had to pay for morning coffee (but I guess they have to make their money in these tought times). The satelite tv didnt have many channels (mostly sports, news and sabc) but I used their super fast wifi most of the time anyways so that wasnt a setback at all. They clean your room everyday so you can be sure of a comfortable stay in a home away from home enviromnent.

Poor, dirty, unorganized place in an unsafe neighborhood. Terrible buildings, sanitation, unprofessional stuff, the rooms are a fire hazard. The place should be closed down. Not fit to be called lodge or hotel.

Once we got to the venue they told us the rooms were booked fully so we couldn’t check in.

No toilet seat. Customers noisy in the passage .ALL NIGHT LONG . Toilet stinks.

My stay was a very bad experience. Never will I ought for such accommodation again. No room was reserved for me when I got there until the next day. An alternative location was a complete mess. I have photos if you are interested. Torn, firty and smelling beddings. Poor customer service. There was even an attempt to abandon me there if I do not pay from my pocket to return to my reserved location. Even when I returned to reserved location, I was not assigned the room that I paid for. It was a very nasty experience

We really enjoyed the stay

I don't understand the signs above properly but what i imply is that, the place is very horrible, stinking, there are lots of this big rats. I don't want even to talk about the bedding, the blanket is stinking, the place is very filthy and its unhealthy for a human being to stay there and won't encourage anybody to stay there. You don't even have a place to hang your close. I arrived on the 20th January 2019 but i felt i can't sleep at that place and i moved out the same night and i was not even refunded and i booked for 12 days. I don't recommend anyone to stay at that filthy place.
