the power went out around 20:00,generator was only start about 40 min later,only giving power to the lights in the room,no power to the plug or or the fridge,we could not charge our phones or laptops,then generator was shut down,and only started up again At 06:00...all our cool drinks was hot..no this is terible

There are good heaters in the room. hot water was readily available, the stand-by generator was good. safe and clean space. would have loved to have coffee station in the room and also a bigger TV but its 8/10 for me. thank you.

It was all well from our first night stay ,not until the early mornings of Sunday morning around 04am we were awake up by the strange and aggressive banging on our room door and trying forcefully to open our door. Which I find very disturbing because as a hotel no persons that are not staying at the hotel shouldn’t be allowed to go up to the room without authorization and confirmation from the receptionist. What I didn’t like is the gentleman who was working night shift on that day didn’t even apologize to us after that occurred when we went downstairs to find out what was happening we found he had even knocked off and the next shift had started.So the nice lady was on duty now had to be the one to apologize to us after we left her know of what had happened in the early hours of that morning. I just feel like no one should be allowed to go to the rooms if they are coming to pick up someone who is a guest in the hotel rather call the guest and let them meet them at reception and than they can go together to their room. Thank you.

Only one suggestion. Possibly put 2 towels in the rooms and a fan in the hot months.

Was great, however, think the towels can be bigger.

Considering what we paid, it was an excellent stay. Check-in was efficient, and so was check out. The room is not very spacious, but then at R390 per night is was more than suitable. The bed was nice and firm.

It is really disheartening having to wake up at 4 in the morning because the night duty clerk is having a fat conversation with his mates right outside your window.

The place is clean and quiet, safe. 24h customer service, and professional staff. Their walls are thin, there is a lot of traffic at this particular motel, i would not recommend it for a light sleeper.

I really liked my stay, specially the staff. Very friendly GIRLS in the morning and the man that does the nightshift. Cleaning ladies are very understanding and they do an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would maybe say is a minus was the WIFI in room 4 (we didn’t really have connection) and also the towels are very small for adults. Other than that it was great!

My stay was the worst, the bed was hard, the room was stinking, the sheets were ugly. The rest you dont wanna know. The service was even worse than expected. This is not a place to find comfortability because nothing is comfortable. I hate it.

The stay was not great, On Friday, 8th November there was NO power for more than an hour. The television reception is poor. Unclear pictures. The WIFI was average, signal strength was poor.

Rooms are too small, showers are to small, no laundry, no kettle in rooms for making tea, no glasses of drinking water in the room, its like a place only meant for day rests

It is clean and decent, and a good value for the price. What I liked least was the neighborhood.
