Handy and nice hotel for Durban. Location not on the beach but good enough. There is 24 hours security and secure car park. The breakfast and restaurant is very good. This round my room is facing the road, can be a bit noisy compare to inward facing room.

The Onomo staff is responsive and helpful! The vegetarian food was awful. No tissues in the room. No hair dryers in the room. I was able to get one from housekeeping but do they have enough for all the rooms?

The property has a nice vibe as you enter, unfortunately for us who arrived on a later flight into Durban the staff were evidently overwhelmed and 'over it' by the time it came to checking us in and could not find our booking and were growing increasingly impatient Once that was sorted the room given was a double and not a twin as requested, the rooms very very very tight for a twin and although the bathroom and toilet were clean the bin in the room was broken and filthy. The second room we managed to secure at almost midnight was much larger but had a sewer problem and I suspect that is the only reason it was still free. When we mentioned this in the morning the staff on duty knew exactly which room we were referring to before we had even given him a room number meaning they were aware of this issue but went ahead and sold it to us anyway. On a positive note, Onomo had an amazing breakfast spread and is a property I would probably visit again

The hitel is in a central location and ver close to the beach.

Pillows without pillow covers and full of stains. Very very uncomfortable. Rooms look clean but window frames very dirty. Plug of hairdryer dirty. Plug near reception unsafe with loose cords Food was good, staff overall friendly

Our stay was very good. Very comfortable and economical. Just the hotel was packed the evening we checked in and we were on the 1st floor. It was very noisy all night. Unfortunately, it was young ppl and they bounced a ball above us and screamed and laughed in the passageways most of the night. At vreakfast it was over corwded and hot. I suggest you have the aircons running doring breakfast as it gets very uncomfortable. Staff are always amazing.

I always use this hotel on my trips to Durban. In good location & walkable to the beach during the day time. Breakfast is good BUT would like to see some Halaal meat products on offer. Staff is great & very friendly

Disabled room was not very accommodating. Breakfast was average, not many choices. Not safe to walk to beachfront.. Newish hotel ok for short stay.
