Terrible dated hotel which needs a revamp asap.

I reported a case whereby my phone got burned when electric fault happened when i was charging. I was told they will get in touch till now. The phone cant be repaired i took to 2 phone shops. I want the hotel to buy me another phone and take that one

Breakfast options not much variety. Rooms are stuffy, carpet isnt hovered as required

My first room- the plugs and phone charger outlet weren’t working so I was moved to another room. The first night I did Not sleep at all due to the busy intersection/ main road that the hotel is located on. I was moved to a quieter room the second night. This is definitely a very cheap budget hotel, expect no frills- at all! But the staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay pleasant.

Comfortable room and building in a 'dicey' area of Pretoria.

I loved the breakfast every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. I will definitely be back as a customer.

Very professional staff and clean room

My stay in StayEasy hotel was just okay. Employees are kind, I received a warm welcome in my first day. My room was also clean when I arrived, problem is they wanted to clean it and I told them to give 5 minutes to dress up so that I can give them space to clean. I went to a swimming pool for an hour and 30 minutes only to find out my room was still dirty , I was so disappointed. Breakfast was just okay, I wish they can have options of food. E.g not everyone loves scrambled eggs, I love fried eggs but they were not available. Please have varities in terms of breakfast. I came with drinks, I was hoping to find a fridge. Please consider having a fridge because there are also people with diabetes and their medication and injections in will need a fridge, imagine someone like that who came to the hotel and don’t know where to put their medication. I was happy with a swimming pool, I was happy with parking.

We've stayed here several times & we come back because we've felt welcome. Accolades to Thandi who handled the booking issue when Hotels.com did not pass the message to the hotel with respect. Malevolent, lack of people skills, demeaning & attitudinal was LUCKY. He needs to be checked. Example: wife told him that hotels.com was calling from United States & having problem getting through. His response, the phones are working - they do not know how to call South Africa. Wife was talking to me (and I'm in the USA), Thandi jumped in to say, it's a network issue. Finally the USA call came through. Another example, when asked if breakfast was still being served. His answer was; do I look like I work in the kitchen, I do not know ask the kitchen staff. Thanks to the security who jumped in & called the kitchen staff to help my wife - she got her breakfast from a respective lady. Final stroke at check out; Lucky embarrassed my wife by telling her, wait, I must check that your bill is paid in full and you did not take anything from the room, if you leave we don't want to hunt you down when you are far. He did his check & 10 minutes later told my wife you can go now. This one person from check in to check out made the stay horrible.

This place does not dissapoint all the time we've stayed here. All the attendants were helpful and willing all the time. Great place and great food

Lovely hotel and well positioned

This is a wonderful place to visit. Staff are pleasant and personable. We were given a red carpet. Place is clean and well kept. Once again bravo to the staff members - highly professional

Die Lage nahe Gauteng Bahnhof und Busbahnhof ist ideal für Individualreisenden. Personal mal professionel, mal umständlich. Manchmal eher unfreundlich. Bei Hochbetrieb im Frühstücksraum geht es unorganisiert zu. Ist für einen Pretoria Stopp geeignet. Normales Hotel, jedoch nichts besonderes.

It was amazing to stay at StayEasy Pretoria , I liked everything i.e Breakfast, Location, quietness, cleanliness and comfort.

Very convenient in close proximity to the Gautrain Station. It is in the CBD but in quiet street corner overlooking an open convenient location for business or leisure. Willl definately stay here again.

The check in personnel was the worst I ever seen in attitude and behavior. Spoils what is otherwise a pleasant establishment.

Decent room, with clean bedding... floor though had sticky substance on the carpet...wifi is limited to only once off 250mb and staying for two days it is a ridiculous amount. especially as TV reception in the room is rife with noise. Shower took forever to get warm water going.

I liked the fact that it was closer to UNISA the place I traveled for and generally it was clean and meals were good. I didn't like the fact that the room had no fridge, amenities not readily available in the room, efforts to request for them I found staff not hospitable.
