It was above expactations. The food, the staff, the safaris, the rooms. Waw! We want to back!

The entire staff was exceptional and instantly made you feel like family. They went out of their way to make sure you had a fantastic adventure. We truly wished we had stayed longer.

I'm sure there are more luxurious lodges but this place is more than luxurious enough for 'normal' travellers. Most importantly all the rooms have aircon that works! All the staff were super friendly and service and food was top notch. Dean was a brilliant Ranger, really knowledgeable, and very entertaining and a big thanks to Dani as well for looking after us. We will be recommending Xanatseni to all our friends.

Absolutely wonderful place. The wildlife is amazing. Saw the lots of animals from day onr with more to follow. Danny, Sydney and Ashley were our guides. Did an outstanding job. Staff made us feel like family. Food was great and very generous. Xanatseni exceeded expectations and is highly recommended.

This has been one of our most memorable stays anywhere in the world. We knew our first safari would be amazing but Xanatseni exceeded all of our expectations. Aside from the 4-star amenities and hospitality that rival that of hotels in big cities, the staff was the best part of the experience. Our rangers Bill and Mel were extremely knowledgable and passionate about sharing their love for all living things in the bush. Ross was there whenever we needed anything and shared many entertaining stories about his time on safaris. This has been an unforgettable experience and we feel incredibly lucky to have spent our first safari at Xanatseni.

It is a fabulous place to go!! Poeple There are very nice and professional! It is a small place so it is very familial ! We loved this place and also the game drive.. There are just one thing that you need to remember... GO there whithout hesitation !

É um lodge excelente. Funcionários simpáticos, bons game drivers, quartos excelentes. Pontos negativos: a comida deixou bastante a desejar (café da manhã simples e repetitivo, almoço foi um hamburguer - pasmem. Os jantares foram bons). Outro ponto negativo foi a queda frequente de energia, que aconteceu nos 2 dias que ficamos no lodge. Para um hotel que custa em torno de 2.000 reais a diária, essas coisas não podem acontecer.

Xanatseni is a standout property. Every game drive is an adventure, the rooms, pool, gym and common areas are all well-equipped and beautifully maintained, the meals are terrific. But what made this such an unforgettable experience were the people who worked there. We remember every one of them... Teneil, Ross, Sydney, Ash, Given, the list goes on and on. We're fortunate to have been their guests, and we're looking forward to spending more time with them in the future.

A estádia foi perfeita, staff atencioso, infraestrutura muito boa. No entanto, a comida podia ser melhor e fomos surpreendidos por uma taxa de conservação da reserva no final da estadia.

O lodge tem poucos quartos, o que favorece a um atendimento mais personalizado. A comida é de boa qualidade. O ranger Evan se esforça para que consigamos ver os animais.

O hotel possui apenas 5 quartos, com ótimo atendimento e muito confortável. Todas as refeições estão inclusas, ficando a parte apenas as bebidas (preços muito justos). Os safaris são conduzidos por profissional muito qualificado.

Xanatseni é um espaço lindo, com quartos impecáveis e uma boa estrutura para quem deseja fazer games. O ranger Ross faz um ótimo trabalho, esforçando-se muito encontrar os big five. A única objeção liga-se à divisão da área em reservas e propriedades, o que pode dificultar o encontro de alguns animais na área disponível para os games do hotel.

Nossa estadia foi incrível. Desde a chegada até a partida uma maravilhosa equipe, sempre sorridentes e educados, te recebe muito bem. Comida bem feita, saborosa. Quartos bem espaçosos e confortáveis. Tivemos 4 game drivers maravilhosos. O guia (Ross) e o rastreador (Sydney) conhecem bem a reserva e nos transmitiram confiança o tempo todo. Se vc está em dúvida se aluga um carro ou não para ir até lá, eu aconselho a alugar. Não há dificuldade nenhuma em chegar lá dirigindo. Somente lembre-se de ficar do lado esquerdo da pista. Our stay was amazing. From arrival to departure a wonderful staff, always smiling and polite, welcomes you very well. Food well done, tasty. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We had 4 wonderful game drivers. The ranger (Ross) and the tracker (Sydney) know the reserve well and have given us confidence all the time. If you are in doubt if you rent a car or not to go there, I advise you to rent. There is no difficulty in getting there driving. Just remember to stay on the left side of the road.
