If you are a foreigner looking for a place to stay while you are in Seoul, look somewhere else.
This is a love hotel and so there are lots of couples going in and out of here and you can hear them day and night. This place was on Expedia's list of hotels that were availiable to get but I don't know why. Its a love hotel so not designed for people staying here for a period of time. Its in an area where there are no other foreigners and the people in the area are not used to them. I get looks of absolute shock to just open hostility when the people around here realize I am not from there. This was quite a shock to me, since I assumed all of Seoul were used to foreign people but I guess that is not the case.
I read from other reviews that people are not nice. That is correct. The people are probably very polite with other Koreans but not so to others. The hotel is also next to a train station, so all hours of the night, there are trains going back and forth, making it very hard to get a decent night of sleep. Plus, since this a love hotel, there are always
people cleaning and moving things at all hours. Just not a peaceful, calm place to stay.
