Everything worked well!

A good airport hotel with separate T1 & T2 airport shuttles. The shuttles may only be once per hour or less so be sure to verify the time. By “Gate 3 or 4” they mean exterior door 3 or 4 at the airport, so don’t let this throw you off. Guests are easily able to connect to train or bus at either airport terminal for other destinations in Korea. The hotel has a gym and a sauna but the sauna is not included in most room rates and you likely will need to pay extra. The hotel also has a restaurant and breakfast was good with Asian and American options. I did not try any other meal and found the restaurant closed earlier than I expected. There is a store at the hotel as well that has some food options if needed. I saw they had luggage storage at the hotel but that appears to be just leaving bags by the front desk. It may also be loud for some guests with some rooms facing the runway. The room was large enough, clean and comfortable. Included an electric tea kettle and a fridge. The maids were very kind and helpful.

Easy transportation to the hotel from the airport. Quick and friendly concierge check in. Great accommodation for the price and the hotel was super clean and comfortable.

Generally good but not outstanding - the reception area was rather chaotic on arrival with piles of luggage, fairly long queues and slightly harassed staff doing their best. I did get upgraded at no extra charge. The room was nice. Rather complex layout. Would have liked choice of decaff coffee and green and/or herbal tea. Restaurant food was good but expensive especially after just arriving from Mongolia where prices are much less. Restaurant itself was large and not very relaxing or welcoming atmosphere.

Very Good

Feels like a new hotel with modern rooms, but also very well-priced airport hotel with a dedicated shuttle only 5 minutes from T2 (it's so close that you can hear the planes taking off clearly, which might bother you if you are a light sleeper, we slept really well). Other than a hotel cafe and bar, there is a convenience store in the hotel which is wonderful to pick up late-night snacks and such. A Korean sauna/spa can be accessed via a small fee as well and is super clean and adequate in spa facilities though the hot water jets weren't working the day we were there which compromised on the experience. A Korean sauna has just opened at T2 as well.

Very good breakfast. With mini mart at the ground floor which is convenient.

施設は綺麗で、スタッフの笑顔の接客もよく、窓から中庭に見える桜が丁度咲いていて、異国で見る桜もいいな〜と思いました。ただ、アメニティに歯ブラシがなくて、ちょっと驚きました。施設内のコンビニで買おうと思ったら、店員さんがいらっしゃらず、受付に尋ねると日本語がわからないスタッフでしたが、ジェスチャー等で意図が伝わり、コンビニまで同行して、セルフレジの説明をして下さり助かりました。お部屋は広く、寝具も寝心地良く熟睡出来ました。また、利用してもいいな…と思いました。

Good place to stay for Early leave

We stayed one night before our return flight. Paid for breakfast-not bad. Not sure why, but they were cleaning rooms around 7 am. Very disruptive. Also, as it is very close to the airport, found it very loud with planes taking off and landing. Most disappointing was that you had to pay extra to use the sauna.

Great place to stay if you’re in flight connection. The room is beautiful, clean and very comfortable

Very noisy you can hear plane taking off every 2-3 minutes, definitely not recommended

Für eine Nacht vor dem Abflug super. Wichtig ist hier die richtige Haltestelle zu finden, wenn man den öffentlichen Bus nutzt.

It was agreat surprise. First time that i use IBIS Embassador. Freiendly & professional team. Got an unexpected upgrade and i really appreciate. Dinner buffet was excellent and great service. I do recommended for evening flight arrival or early departure. Easy access to the airport terminal 2 via free shuttle. I will definitly book again
