The owner is an extremely pleasant lady, willing to help and make you feel confortable during your stay. The free airport shuttle is definitely a plus and an added convenience for us as we were traveling with kids in a foreign country

Stains could be seen on the sheets. Hair from the previous renter was found on the towels. The employee did not speak Chinese or English, as advertised on their website.

The couple were very helpful and accommodating.

There is no longer Kerioke on the roof which previous reviews complained about. It was pleasantly quiet

I’ll start with the positive: The owners picked us up from ICN as promised. We paid our bill in full, as promised, even though we left before nightfall. That said: There was simply no way we could stay the night here. Wikitravel talks about “love hotels” that Korea is known for, and no doubt this is one. I’m not trying to be mean, but how else to explain the 70s decor and the escort cards that were scattered all over the parking lot and alleyway? Instead of complaining though, I’ll offer some friendly advice to the owners: (1) Remove all the personal items from the bathroom. I’m not using that bar of soap, nor the dental floss hanging on the towel rack. (2) The bathroom fixtures need to be spotless. Really. (3) Don’t use sheets on the bed with stains. I didn’t look under the bed cover; everything I needed to see was right there in full view. (4) Don’t advertise a “city view” when the rooms don’t even have windows. I’m not asking for my money back. This one is on me. I should also note the nearest bus stop is a long steep slog downhill, across severely cobbled streets and a rather nasty little collection of restaurants near the traffic circle. This appears to be an older section of Incheon. You’d do well to check out the area near Central Park. It’s much more modern and closer to several bus stops and the subway. And flat.

Very friendly staff and a much-appreciated free shuttle service from the Incheon airport. For less than $50 total, it was a completely adequate experience. The room decor/furnishings are probably a bit too dated for many of today’s travelers, but they had all the amenities I needed for an overnight layover.

The managers so much good attention. Always there to help. The hotel was good to sleep, that's the intention.

First, the whole “airport shuttle” is false. At the beginning, i tried to get info on the shuttle and not only weren't they able to speak in english, the person on the phone didnt even know anything about there being a shuttle from the airport. They instruct emailing instead due to the language barriers but even that was difficult as it was a long wait for a reply. I arrived to the place to check in.and no one was there at the front desk for over 10min. Finally got to my room and it had broken windows, dirty, air-con wasn’t working and there where no available outlets other than the 220 Circular ones. Room was hot and the bed sheets felt gross. Do not book at this place
