朝食のビュッフェがとても美味しかったです

Close to subway station and namdaemun. Walking distance to shinsagae department store. There's a coffee and dessert place downstairs and convenience store on premise. Very convenient! Best thing is limousine bus from airport comes to the front door to this hotel! To go back to airport, it's just a 2 min walk away across the road!

We booked this hotel due to its location, next to the subway station and one of the bus stops for the airport limousine bus. However, we were disappointed with the check-in reception as well as the lack of communication from the hotel. After we completed our check-in, we went back to reception to enquire about the airport limousine bus schedule. Only then did the staff realised that she had forgotten to inform us that there will be an outage of power supply to the entire hotel due to a electrical safety inspection for 3 hours on our 2nd night of stay. The hotel did not highlight this during our booking, nor informed us by email before we arrive for our stay (Expedia did not highlight this as well). If this is a mandatory inspection, the date should have been known beforehand and the hotel should announce this publicly and inform guests whom have made reservations, and offer the option to guests to either keep or cancel the reservation. Unfotunately, we were left with no such choice but to stay in the room with no aircon, no TV, no hot bath water, and in darkness (saved for the emergency light at the room entrance). The only saving grace was that power was restored an hour later, earlier than the 3 hours stated. It was unfortunate our stay experience was marred by this incident.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and great easy food options for both Westerners with picky kids and delicious Korean food.

バスルームから水のにおいか、なにかにおいを、感じた。コーヒーマシーンが壊れてた。冷蔵庫が小さくて買ったものが冷やせなかった。 立地がとてもよくて動きやすかった。スタッフの対応はとてもよくて安心して宿泊できた。

明洞、南大門にもアクセスがよく便利でした。 ホテルも新しく、とても快適です。ウェルカムスイーツがあったり、冷蔵庫の中の飲み物がフリーで、清掃のたびに補充してくれるのもポイントが高いですね！

I enjoyed staying here, It was in a great location, subway entrance steps away. The staff was very nice and helpful and everything was very clean. I also loved the 24 hr GS25 in the lobby! The only negative thing was the thermostat was automatically set to 27 Celsius (80.6) degrees Fahrenheit which is crazy! you are not allowed to change it or adjust the temp of your room. We HATED this! My boyfriend didn’t get a good sleep the whole time because he constantly woke up sweating. I don’t understand why we don’t get to choose the temp because that honestly was a huge drawback to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and really close to Seoul Tower. The customer service was immaculate. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a perfect location on the main bus and train lines. However it is not loud nor noisy. Here you can feel the Korean local vibe. The hotel is surrounded with great restaurants. Don’t be shy to try and go into the ones where only Koreans are sitting. There are many local attractions nearby especially if you enjoy walking. Namsam park leading to Seoul Tower is a great daily hike. The Namdeum market is practically diagonal from the hotel. It is a great market to shop for clothes, shoes, accessories and even a suitcase in case you shopped too much. Great coffee shop next to the lobby. You can walk to Seoul training station on the Seoullo trail. And after a busy day you can enjoy the hotel swimming pool. There are pharmacies, hair dresses and even oriental medicine across from the hotel.

少し早い到着となりましたが、チェックインもスムーズで移動の疲れが取れました。ロケーションも良く、どのエリアに行くのもスムーズです。駅が近いのもとてもいいです。 部屋はとても清潔でバスタブもありとても良かった。
