Great location, very clean apartment. Nice welcoming!

We booked an apartment here due to a crisis with an Airbnb that we had booked in advance— we made our reservation exactly at check-in time, and, after we called the contact number for the room, they found us an apartment and sent somebody to let us in within half an hour. They were super professional and awesome! The room itself was cute and well-kept. We had issues with the WiFi, but luckily my data was working pretty well in Malaga, so I wasn’t relying on the WiFi at the room. There was limited hot water, and the room needed a new shower curtain, but it was much better than I expected we would be able to get so last minute. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company!

Super problemloses Check-In. Wohnung sehr schön mit guter Ausstattung/fast neu. Nur Sofa unbequem. Mitten in der Stadt. Discothek im Erdgeschoss mit reichlich Lärm bis 6.00 h morgens (wohl nur an 3 bis 4 Tagen die Woche). Junge Leute mit Partielaune sind hier 100% richtig.

Due giorni dopo la mia partenza mi hanno addebitato 30 euro per presunte pulizie straordinarie. Ho contestato via mail e telefonicamente al personale dell'appartamento il fatto ma non ho avuto risposte. Sconsiglio di lasciare i dati della carta di credito !!!! Pessima gestione !!

I am not happy at all with the manager of this building - first he promised an early check-in at 1pm and then I had to wait in the street for hours with my winter clothes ! I have a heart condition and this situation was very stressful for me - and then I had the Wi-Fi for only 2 days - after that no internet access at all - tried to contact the manager a lot of times with no luck ! They have the balls to text me once I was already back home for to say "it's ok now internet is back in the building" VERY BAD - I DON'T RECOMMAND THIS BUILDING AND MANAGER AT ALL !!!

I'd not recommend this hotel, it's in a dirty area, room is too Small, furniture is old or damaged, cooking is made difficult with the way the kitchen is placed. Wi-Fi connection is slow and sometimes not working.

Bruyant, impossible de dormir. Pire encore avec la Féria qui avait débuté le samedi, c'était invivable, les gens qui viennent posser devant la porte, les cris etc... je ne parle même pas des voisins qui nous empêchaient de dormir avec leur cris, alcoolisés. L'appartement à besoin d'être refait au niveau de la cuisine et la salle de bain. Lit pas du tout confortable. Besoin du double vitrage aux fenêtres, je suis sensible au bruit, ça ete l'enfer pour moi de trouver le sommeil.

IT was a nice flat. Only bad thing was that they build a new house right side of ours. IT was a really noisy.

Appartamento situato abbastanza in centro, 5/10 minuti a piedi e a un 15/20 minuti dal mare. Purtroppo era davvero molto piccolo, scomodo perfino per due persone e poco attrezzata la cucina. Letto matrimoniale di una piazza e mezza, un po' scomodo per due adulti. Per fortuna c'era l'aria condizionata. Pulizia ok.

L'appartement-hôtel est idéalement situé dans les quartiers historiques de Malaga. Le bâtiment a été rénové et les appartements sont très propres et bien équipés. Très grande salle de bain. On peut tout faire à pied dans Malaga depuis la "Calle Jinetes". Le personnel qui assure l'accueil et l'installation est très serviable. Merci à Amina pour sa gentillesse !

The apartment is close to main attractions, the area was a little bite weird. I don't know how secure it was. The beds were uncomfortable, and a lot of noises from the windows that are next to the street. There is a washer but not drier. The elevator was really slow.

Super lokalizacja jeśli chce się być blisko centrum, apartament jest na obrzeżach starówki. Dla chcących ciszy i wypoczynku nie polecam, jest dość głośno, hałas z klatki schodowej oraz z ulicy również w godz. nocnych.

Als Selbstversorger bietet das Appartement in der Calle Parras alles notwendige an, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Der Supermarkt Dia ist in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar, ab 9 Uhr geöffnet. Am Placa de la Merced gibt es gute Bars und der Duft der Jacarandabäume mit dem Gezwitscher von Schwalben und Sittichen ist echt gut. Das Geburtshaus von Pablo Picasso ist dort auch zu sehen. Die Altstadt Malagas mit den kleinen Gassen ist hervorragend anzuschauen. Es lohnt sich unbedingt in die kleinen Bars oder Geschäfte zu gehen.

Lovely, clean, modernised apartment in the centre of the city. Great eateries very close and a wonderful base for learning more about the history of the city itself. There is a lift to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located if you find stairs difficult. Very happy to have been here for the week. We visited the Cathedral, the beach, the castle at the top of an "interesting" climb.....The modernised shore front where all the yachts are moored is interesting and a great place to grab a drink and watch the world go by. The Picasso Museum is great if you are interested in art and there are many museums nearby. There are lots of Tapas restaurants within a short radius of the apartment. These feature Andalusian cuisine withe the usual mix, of cheese, meat, melon, seafood. Water is cheap as are some wines, beer is the customers favourite and reflects the climate there. There are also several Sushi and Japanese restaurants in close proximity. And believe it or not a Lebanese restaurant in the same street as the apartment. If you rent a car - take the owners offer to prebook parking - all parking in this area is underground , and the apartment is in a pedestrianised area.

Direct in binnenstad. Alles op loopafstand. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren onder appartement. Klein smal bed voor twee personen. Slaapbank gebruikt voor 2e persoon. Erg gehorig maar heeft wel het echte binnenstad gevoel. Wi-Fi slecht. Soms dag helemaal niet. Verder alles erop en eraan zelfs wasmachine. Check in snel en doeltreffend.

Nicht mehr ganz neue Ausstattung aber optimale Lage an der Altstadt. Alles super zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist sollte man den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage buchen, da Parkplätze im Umfeld nicht vorhanden sind. Das Auto sollte nich zu gross sein. Das Appartement liegt in einer sehr engen ruhigen Gasse. Kaum Autoverkehr. Nur ab und zu ein Motorroller. Im Umfeld gibt es einige kleine Supermärkte. Plaza Merced mit mehreren Restaurants in ca. 3-4 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A week in Apartamentos Dona Elvira in Malaga was a perfect holiday. Apartment was clean and tidy, 10 minutes walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to the football stadium. Groceries 2 minutes from apartment. We really enjoyed our time and I,m sure that one day we will come back to Malaga :)

This apartment had everything you need and was quite comfortable. It is well located in close walking distance to main attractions
