First time staying here,would definitely recommend it.

Not for couples looking for a quite relaxing holiday.

A great holiday was ruined by no water being available on the last day of our holiday which meant no opportunity to shower or clean up before we went home at 4pm. No alternative given or no recompense to compensate for the inconvenience left a bitter taste in the mouth and a tainted view of our holiday

I was there for my friends wedding, the accommodation was good, close to all amenities, staff very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again ❤️

Stayed here with my late teen during the final week in June. I requested a top floor apartment and, though not guaranteed, we did one on the top floor of block B (at the back of the site) which was great. We had a 1-bed apartment. The living space was quite small with 2 x 2-seater sofas which were quite new. The rest of the accommodation, was a bit dated although we had everything we needed and it was clean with maids calling 4 times during the week. You can hire pool towels for €10 deposit. If you want a clean one, it costs €2. In-room safe available for hire (key, not code). It's in a great location. 5 mins walk from the Biosfere shopping centre and bus stops, and only 5 mins to the strip - turn left at the hotel and when you reach the bend there is a long flight of stairs on the right to go down to Linekars bar. The new SOCO shopping centre just 2 mins away has a fab supermarket on the ground floor. My main disappointment was that there is an ongoing programme of refurbishment works which we were not told about. Only a couple of apartments were being worked on in our block but on 2 or 3 mornings, there were jackhammers going from 9.30 ish in the morning for an hour or so. The large pool was quite noisy and great for families with a snack bar for drinks, etc. Smaller pool for over 15s only was quiet when the hammers weren't going! Sunbeds a bit saggy, prob not enough in peak season, and unnecessary sunbed reserving going on. Overall, nothing fancy but has all you need.

Clean and modern

Parts of the property were not cleaned at all. Stairs (block B) had rubbish on them when we arrived and was still there a week later. Very noisy (block B) with staff constantly shouting at each other all day.

Have stayed here several times. The staff and location make it a great place to stay.

Great location, pool, and layout, with little overcrowding for sunbeds! Brilliant service from all staff, and lots of eating our options nearby, as well as a lovely onsite bar and restaurant. Our bathroom & kitchen needed some attention, but plenty of room in the apartment, with a separate bedroom. Really could have done with air conditioning due to the nighttime heat, but we were able to hire an extra fan from reception.

We arrived at 13.30 hrs for the check in at 14.00. The receptionist was surprised that we have a check in at 2 pm and informed us the room is not ready and we have to wait as the normal check in time is 16.00 hrs. At 15.20 we have received a phone call that the apartment is ready. The room was awful. When you open a cupboard or a fridge - terrible smell comes out as it has not been cleaned for a while. The shower has was broken and my husband fixed it with the knife himself. Every night at 00.30 I heard how the toilet is flushing itself. Bath and hand towels smelled dump as not washed properly. To add the whole bathroom smelt of sewage for the whole stay. When we had a day of housekeeping 2 days after our stay - they did not even wash the glasses. Left everything in the sink, only made the bed properly and added 1 clean towel. On the day of departure in the morning at around 10 am when we left the apartment we have asked to book a taxi at 4.15 pm to the airport. When we returned to the hotel and asked to book it 10 minutes later they said we had a reservation at 3.45 pm. Even if it was a misunderstanding we asked to have it at around 4.25 pm. While we used a shower facility downstairs we were sure we will come out and the taxi will be there. It took a the receptionist 10 minutes to look for our reservation before she said there is no taxi booked for us. Then she called a taxi and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the car to arrive making us late to the airport. AVOID!!!!!!!!

The hotel is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. The rooms are a little old fashion compared to the decor of the establishment as a whole, but offers what you need. The pool area is lovely to laze in the Spanish sun and catch a well needed tan. We stayed in an accessible room which had a wet room. There wasn’t much ventilation so the wet room made the room smell a little damp, but once we opened the patio doors it became more bearable. I would definitely stay again
