Tres bon hébergement bien equipé avec un kit vaisselle et pour la machine a laver. Le coin piscine est superbe avec possibilité de boire un verre le soir. Toutefois, le chek-in automatique est catastrophique. Le numéro de réservation ne fonctionne pas. Heureusement que la receptioniste, dépassée, était la pour nous confier les clés de la chambre

Though the hotel is nice but the hotel has a lot of inefficiencies. Major one are the 1) Check in experience by machine is awful. 2) No Windows that are directed OUTSIDE 3) Lots of trash in front of the Hotel by the parking. Second is the laundry without dryer. Not very happy.

Bel aparthotel tout neuf. Rooftop extra au calme avec de l'espace, vue agréable et belle piscine. Petits appartements très bien équipés. Jolie salle de bain et décoration. Très agréable. Situé au calme à 15 minutes en voiture du centre ville. Le checkin avec une machine n'est pas très pratique.

Overal experience was good. We have arrived earlier, but our room was not ready so we had to wait. We were able to check in at 15.00 as normal and it was very easy with system they have at the entrance. Not sure why it is not possible to check in 24/7 as it seems only automated. Apartment was well equiped with few small wear and tear on some items. Big enough for two, great external blinds which provided nice shade or let some light in when needed. There was issue with neighbor who was smoking into extrector hood and as all rooms are connected, our room was smelly as well. But staff dealt with this issue quickly as smoking is prohibited inside. Minus is that all air vents are connected as well and when neighbours were talking in the evening it was like they have been sat next to us. Little creepy as anybody could heat the wole conversations. Anyway, this was little disturbing when we tried to go sleep and we could not due to noise. Pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop is amazing with a lot of seating and amazing views. I would says at the end, that stay was great for the prize, and worth it as for services, if there was no issues with noise from next rooms it would have been the best experience.

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, todo fue excelente. El lugar es elegante, acogedor y lleno de detalles que marcan la diferencia, como la botella de vino de cortesía, cápsulas de café y agua en el refrigerador. El kit de baño es muy completo y con un aroma realmente agradable. La cama y el sofá cama son súper cómodos, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más placentera. Aunque no pudimos disfrutar de la alberca porque el clima estaba frío, estoy segura de que en verano debe ser un espacio ideal para relajarse en la terraza. El check-in fue rápido, seguro y con acceso independiente, lo cual brinda mucha comodidad y privacidad. Como sugerencia, sería un gran plus ofrecer transporte hacia Ronda, ya que aunque la caminata es agradable, llevar coche al centro puede ser complicado. Sin duda, ese detalle complementaría una experiencia ya de por sí maravillosa. ¡Me encantó y sin duda volvería!

This is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, clean and modern with all the facilities needed. The beds were very comfirtable and towels were all fresh and clean. It was also quiet The swimming pool deck area has brilliant views and is very large with sunbeds all around. It is a bit farther from Ronda centre but you can actually walk the back way which is shorter and also prettier and scenic rather than the main road. I didnt notice any buses going there. The only thing was checking in was problematic as it was all automated. There was no pin code provided, so we had to call the tel number on the checkin automated machine at the front of building and then the lady gave us the pin over the phone to start check in procedure. A key card was issued after filling out details and scanning passport on the machine. However this key card didnt work for the room door and so the lady told me to open the electric mains cupboard to then check all the 100 or so electric switches were switched on. I felt this was all so inappropriate and stressful as a checkin experience. Finally after 30 mins or so we were issued another keycard to a different room. I am not sure how the rooms differed other than that it was on the third floor instead of the ground designer loft. We would have preferred this experience to have been much smoother. Also as the room was nearer the top of thevl building we could hear noise from the swimming pool system all night as it was directly above. Overall a brill stay

Super clean & comfortable

O apartamento era lindo, bem localizado e muito bem servido de utensílios. Pudemos fazer um bom jantar e café da manhã, boa calefação e a vizinhança muito tranquila e silenciosa. Apartamento super novo. Gostamos muito de nossa estadia.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and a great location (walking distance of the old town and convenient for the main road connections). The supermarkets in town are a few mins drive away. The town itself is spectacular and there are plenty of eateries but bear in mind that it is on a hill so although the walk along the road is not too steep other approaches are arduous. In the other direction you can walk into the hills. The accommodation complex is not large, is quiet and spotless and there is a roof garden/pool for guests. The sign-in on arrival is by a machine which works smoothly enough, if a little long-winded.

Amazing apartment with all amenities, from a toothbrush to a mini sewing kit. Very cosy apartment and welk decorated.

Nous avons prit un studio qui n avais pas de fenêtre sur l extérieure donc un peu sombre,une chance il y avait une terrasse commune .

Tudo muito limpo , novo , confortável equipado . A única crítica a fazer é que na classificação de distancia do Centro estava que era de apenas 1 Km. Mas deve ter uns 3 a 4km.

I was surprised by the automatic check-in machine, but it went smoothly. The room was very clean and had the most amenities I've ever seen. Surprisingly they provide slippers and a bottle of wine! There was a vacant lot right in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about parking. Since it was a winter stay, we couldn't use the pool. However, in the other seasons there must be even more fulfilling accommodations.

숙소에 다양한 어매니티가 준비되어 있었고 식기 및 침구 모두 깨끗해서 숙박 자체는 매우 만족이었습니다. 건물 바로 앞에 주차 공간도 넉넉했고요. 다만 출입할 수 있는 고유 넘버가 메일로 오지 않아 직원이 도와줘서 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 직원이 없는 시간대에 체크인 했다면 난감했을 것 같아요. 그리고 방음도 잘 안 되는 편이지만 저희는 괜찮았어요. 그 외에는 모두 만족입니다! 옥상에서 본 일출은 환상이었어요.

Nice new apartments with pool, hot tub, sunbathing area on roof

The apartment was large, modern and well equipped. The lounge area was very comfortable with a large sofa and TV, but could benefit from a lamp. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The bedroom was modern with a very comfortable bed and storage space for clothes. The apartment was very clean, but unfortunately, we noticed the bed sheet had a few hairs on and was grubby. There are plenty parking spaces directly outside the apartment which is very convenient.
