Apartamentos Mercader de Sedas

Muy bien. Esta bien ubicado y es cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar unos días en Granada con la familia. Nos gustó, sin duda volveríamos a reservarlo

Great location,recently renovated,clean.Beware ground floor location with "window" looking into the street and bypassers peeping-have to keep curtains/shutter closed and light on(depressing). Kitchen actually a cabinet in sitting room,microwave,SMALL fridge,not enough cups,cutlery(greasy).No TV channels in English.Host did not respond to phone calls until 15.00 and then after unother 15 min a lady handed the keys.

Bien situé, il manque des ustensiles dans la cuisine

Pros: Location (you can walk to all tourist attractions), on a quiet street. Cons: It wasn't clean (there were long strands of hair on the floor and even on the bed sheets), furniture in the room was old and dated, there is no reception (you need to walk another 10mins and back to a hostel to pick up the keys for the apartment and there is information posted on the gate about this. Good that I had a local phone and I was able to phone them to find out)

Property was in generally good condition. Wifi did not work which made many activities difficult. Additionally we had to check in about 1.5 km away. This wouldn’t have been too bad but no one told us ahead of time so we had to walk with family and baby and all luggage.

Gli appartamenti sono centrali quindi molto comodi, ma per rendere il soggiorno confortevole c'è molto da migliorare: 1. il letto era fatto in maniera approssimativa. Il lenzuolo di sopra davvero minuscolo, il copripiumone al rovescio, i cuscini sottilissimi e solo 1 a testa 2. la branda cigolava, abbiamo avuto il terrore che cedesse mentre dormivamo 3. non c'erano lumi sul comodino nella camera matrimoniale 4. non c'era nulla per sciacquare le stoviglie (bastava un pò di sapone) 5. mancava il phone ma c'era il ferro da stiro (sprovveduti noi a non farci caso nell'elenco delle dotazioni), ma anche uno da muro non guasterebbe 6. complicato miscelare l'acqua (bollente o gelata)

Nosotros esperabamos mas del alojamiento!! Ibamos 4 familiares y 2 niños (niña de 3 años y bebe de 11 meses) llegamos sobre las 9 de la noche, fuimos a pedir mantas y nos dijeron que no tenían, no funcionaba la nevera ni la vitro, al otro día llamamos para que la arreglaran y a los 5 minutos nos contestaron que ya estaba arreglado y solo funcionaba la vitro, no pudimos meter nada de comida en la nevera y lo que llevábamos fue para tirarlo, con niños eso no puede ser...

Apartamento con muy poca luz, ya que es una buhardilla

Alfonso offered us a very nice two bedroom apartment in the 2nd floor. The apartment is in excellent condition, spacious, clean and in the heart of the city center. I highly recommend these apartments to relax, enjoy the beautiful decoration of it and to cook.

En general está muy bien, por decir algo a mejorar sería el colchón

terrible host attention. I wasted 2 hours contacting the person to deliver keys while the family was wating. Even worse the entrance says the property is part f a Hotel group and this in not even true, since I drove all the way to a chain hotel to request more contact info.

Flott beliggenhet. Godt utstyrt leilighet i sentrum av Granada. Parkeringshus rett i nærheten. Gåavstand til Alhambra.

Our overall stay was good. The apartment was in a great location and was furnished with a lift and an easy locking system through outer and inner doors. The apartment itself was very average. It was in the roof, so only ceiling windows which made it very dark. Not a place to spend any time in. The kitchen was okay, but poorly appointed in terms of utensils and drying cloths etc. Good hob and included a washing machine. Down side was that things were broken (like the corkscrew and that nearly caused an international incident with my friends, lol). Plates and cups were chipped, no hair dryer included, only basic body washing liquid and air con was extremely noisy. However, the staff were fantastic. Answered the phone every time and were pleasant and helpful. The price was very competitive. For a couple of nights stay, it’s good, but in my opinion, not for ny longer.

Good central location, within walking distance of Alhambra Palace

Ottima struttura, personale disponibile e gentile. Posizione centralissima, per questo motivo è stato difficile arrivarci con la macchina ma con l'aiuto del gestore che ci ha chiamato dandoci le indicazioni e accompagnandoci personalmente siamo arrivati alla struttura.
