Benidorm City Olympia Hotel

Excellent customer service. Great cleaner with good clean rooms & brilliant for the price. Also a great location in the centre of the old town and 2 minutes from the beach.

Very good Everything ok great location

Breakfast choice was poor, bacon, sausage and beans were on hot plate but all cold so had to be reheated in microwave and continental breakfast choice was limited. Room was clean although was tired looking andcould do with a refresh. Room rate and location were very good.

Hotel and facilities basic , but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated in a very good area in the old. This is the second time we have stayed here and I would definitely use it again.

the room was supposed to have a balcony but only had an air conditioner view. the stairs weren't clean at all. the air conditioner didn't work overnight.

Excelente , el personal muy amable, la habitación limpia y la ubicación 100000 de 100000, tienes todo cerca , andando a la playa , al Balcón .. me encantó , volvería sin dudarlo .

Enjoyed being in the heart of the old town but this came at a price. The hotel was very tired and some of the communal areas were in very poor condition. Could do with some TLC

This hotel is central for everything . It was spotless clean very quiet no noise . Staff very pleasant . Beds were so comfy will definitely use this hotel again . Only down side was breakfast been English we love our brekkie and it was spanish produce so gave it a miss

As a couple, we enjoyed the stay and the location. The room and hotel were clean, and everything that was in the room worked. We had a balcony room that overlooked the Main Street, it was snug but nice to have. There will “ambient” noise from the street, bear in mind. The staff were welcoming and helpful, we would happily stay again.

conveniently located

A 5 min walk from transfer drop off but a warm welcome when checking in The room was very dark ,no natural light ,dated furnishings. Tiny balcony over looming a tiny internal courtyard. Bathroom dated and a climb into the bath to access overhead shower. Towels changed once in 4 nights. The beds where fine ,had blanket and quilt on .Had to put air conditioning on last 2 days as the room felt cold Hired a kettle and hairdryer (€10)each but money returned when handed back . Minimal plugs tho,had to access . Breakfast ,streaky bacon ,small hotdog type sausage ,beans. Cold boiled eggs.Meats &Cheese. Youghurts .Fruit juice and tea&coffee machine .Make your own toast (ages with toaster) croissants and pain du chocolate available. The staff are lovely and very helpful.Helped me immensely when I had booked my return transfer for the wrong month !! In all ,you get what you pay for and we couldnt grumble.We had a pleasant stay but I wouldnt return as it was too far from the new town for us .
