We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay overall. Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, quiet and safe, walkable to many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was nice and comfortable with good size washroom. Only complaint was the design of shower door caused water to always seep onto the floor but otherwise ok. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The hotel was beautifully renovated in the old part of Palma within a short stroll to its many shops cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff and the service they offer are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. The spa and rooftop pool and terrace were a wonderful addition too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you!

The hotel was exceptional! Loved every aspect of our stay; rooms were gorgeous and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax after sight seeing, breakfast was amazing, staff were all extremely helpful and professional and location in the old town was perfect. Highly recommended!

Lovely rooftop pool. Room was adequate but slightly underwhelming - I'd chosen it to celebrate a special birthday. Overall clean and quiet and comfortable bed. Hotel is located centrally to Palma old town, lots of shops and cafes and restaurants nearby

From the moment we arrived at Posada Terra Santa, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Tucked away in the charming heart of Palma’s Old Town, this boutique hotel is a hidden gem surrounded by quaint shops, fantastic restaurants, and just a short stroll from the stunning cathedral.

I had an incredible stay at Posada Terra Santa – this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The design blends historic charm with modern elegance, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property.
What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I have to give a special mention to Ania, who was absolutely amazing. She not only helped me get a wonderful upgrade to my room, but also took the time to offer some fantastic local recommendations around Palma that made my trip even more special. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out and made a huge difference in my experience.

Very helpful from the moment of arrival, complete with Welcome Drink. We also received an upgrade, and the room was lovely with a bottle of wine thrown in. Questions were answered quickly, and lunch reservations were helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel was exceptional! Loved every aspect of our stay; rooms were gorgeous and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax after sight seeing, breakfast was amazing, staff were all extremely helpful and professional and location in the old town was perfect. Highly recommended!

Lovely rooftop pool. Room was adequate but slightly underwhelming - I'd chosen it to celebrate a special birthday. Overall clean and quiet and comfortable bed. Hotel is located centrally to Palma old town, lots of shops and cafes and restaurants nearby

From the moment we arrived at Posada Terra Santa, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Tucked away in the charming heart of Palma’s Old Town, this boutique hotel is a hidden gem surrounded by quaint shops, fantastic restaurants, and just a short stroll from the stunning cathedral.
The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. They went out of their way at every opportunity, adding personal touches that made us feel truly welcomed. One of the highlights was arriving to find a chilled bottle of cava waiting for us in our room—a thoughtful and unexpected surprise that set the tone for the rest of our visit.
The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every detail, from the décor to the amenities, reflected a high standard of care and design.
We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already planning our return. Posada Terra Santa is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, and one we can’t wait to repeat

Every detail has been thought of - gorgeous l’occitane toiletries in the room, towels by the pool, welcome drink on arrival. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Amazing location. Would love to come back.

I had an incredible stay at Posada Terra Santa – this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The design blends historic charm with modern elegance, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property.
What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I have to give a special mention to Ania, who was absolutely amazing. She not only helped me get a wonderful upgrade to my room, but also took the time to offer some fantastic local recommendations around Palma that made my trip even more special. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out and made a huge difference in my experience.

Very helpful from the moment of arrival, complete with Welcome Drink. We also received an upgrade, and the room was lovely with a bottle of wine thrown in. Questions were answered quickly, and lunch reservations were helpful. Highly recommend.
