Unfortunately, our stay started very poorly. Upon arrival, we found hundreds of foreign hairs on the bed and all over the floor. This was extremely unpleasant and gave us the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any hotel, and in this case it was clearly not met.

Sengetøjet var med frisk blod, pletter og ret mange sorte hår, gulvet var ikke støvsuget og alle flader fremstod med snavs og støv. Der var meget tydeligt andre havde opholdt sig i rummet før vi overtog det. Vi gjorde det selv rent og skiftede sengetøjet. Derudover var det nedslående, at der IKKE var en balkon. Det var en fransk altan, der er stor forskel. Hoveddøren og døren til gangen til værelserne stod altid åbne, og sengen var meget hård at sove i. Der

La puerta de la habitación no funcionaba para poder cerrar con seguro, encontramos garrapatas en la cama, baños sucios y pasillos apestando a cigarros. No recomiendo este hotel.

Pues realmente fue buena, yo tuve un estudio le llaman bastante amplio con cocineta comedor, un sofá, una pantalla y una cama. Lo único que no me gustó es que mi baño era privado, pero estaba fuera de la habitación

The staff was great I saw only Nefarina and she was very good. There is nobody in the front office and no manager available. No Air conditioning, too much noise, very spam room, no kitchen one WC and shower for woman for All the first floor. Noisy and no sonor isolation so We heard everything in the other room. Very small room like too small We can’t stay more than 2 in the room. I saw crackhead. The rooftop is close when the 3rd floor door is close so the stay in the rooftop dépend of the costumer in the 3rd floor.

En mi cama habian bichitos por la noche, que me dedicaba a matar. El de arriba vomitó y ensucio la cortina, quitaron las cortinas pero no las reemplazaron, asique tuve que usar las sabanas para cubrirme. El aseo esta abierto y todos pueden ver como te lavas la cara.

Habitacion sucia paredes y todo el mobiliario cuarto de baño de jugete, inusable suciedad por todos lados horroroso instalaciones descuidadas varios insectos por todos lados. Muy descuidado y peligroso ascensor roto escaleras estrechas y sin salidas de emergencia, Relacion calidad precio HORROROSO

Camera piccola, bagno quasi inesistente, in quanto mentre ti facevi la doccia potevi realmente salire sul W.C., ottima posizione in centro, comodissima, parcheggio per scooter nelle vicinanze molto comodo, brave receptionist, ma la pulizia e le condizioni dell’hostello sono assolutamente da rivedere

El warer y la ducha juntas un poco loco, por lo demás bien

Overpriced for how bad this place was. The room had a broken air conditioner. The room and bathroom/showers were so small. In the shower you can’t put your arms up without smashing your elbow on the glass. Meanwhile there is someone taking a dump right next to you. During check in you had to call someone to come down from the “market”, which took some time. The sink faucet is still broken as reported months ago. The vibe here was terrible. The the key system to get into the room was dumb. Who wants to enter in a 8 digit number. Not a good place.

La ducha estaba atascada las toallas no olían muy bien pero en gral la habitación estaba bien

Casa letran confused us by sending a video of the door lock of the hall. We then thought we had to go through that door to go outside but apparently there was another door to go outside and because of the stress of figuring out how to get to our room we forgot that this was the door to go outside. And they gave us a room with 1 bed instead of the 2 separate beds we booked. The room is quite clean and it has a separate bathroom. The were little cockroaches in the bathroom. Location is good because it's in the centre & not far of the train station.

위아래 침대인데 일층은 낮아서 앉을수가 없어요!!

1. First I did the reservation, by mistake I chose 2 single beds. Immediately I called the hotel to explain I need a full size bed. The lady told me that was not a problem, they have plenty full size beds. When I arrived they gave me the attic with 2 beds. That’s the less problem I have there. 2. The “room” is wasn’t like the pictures, it is the attic, I am 5.3” height and I was able to touch the ceiling. 3. The room was not even close to what is shown in the pictures in Expedia, it had no wall windows. It feels like a cage. 4. The Last night by 10:00pm a light in the room turn on by it self, we couldn’t find how to turn it off. I texted the “manager” and he said it has to be turn off by room number 8, we were in 8B. 6. The first night I realized one of the mattress was damaged, when I sit it sinks. No firmness. I told them, they did nothing about it, not even apologize. 7. The huge fan, a not A/C as posted, has a heat exhaust that kept falling. We have to keep connected it to be able to have a little cold air. Staying in the place was a nightmare. Too many unresolved issues.

Horrible. 1 baño compartido para 4 habitaciones y nula limpieza. Pone que tienen aire acondicionado en la habitación y teníamos un cacharro en el suelo, conectado con un tubo a la pared que hacía más ruido que aire frío. Una sauna minúscula de habitación. Los colchones malísimos y con chinches, ascensor bloqueado cada 2x3... No lo recomiendo en absoluto...

Property was near sightseeing, shopping, and restaurant areas. Make sure you choose a room with its own bathroom if you dont want to wait for people having long showers. Beds needed 2 pillows instead of just one. Overall, I would find a different place in the same area if you can afford it. This room shouldnt have been this pricey but you pay for the location.

It was not as clean as you'd hope. The bedsheets had a yellow colour. Even if they're like that after washing them... They could buy new ones of they are coloured as a customer doesn't know what that is. They are not compliant with European Data Protection laws whereby they are NOT allowed to take a photograph of our ID. Yet they'll ask to take a photo which is sent by WhatsApp thereafter. What was worse is that next room had their lights switch button connected to our room. The result was that when they turned it on at 4/5 AM, we were all of the sudden with our lights on too. And no chance for us to switch them off. So for these reasons, I am sorry but I can't recommend it.

Las sabanas y las toallas estaban manchadas, la ventana no tenia una verdadera cortina y entraba la luz por la mañana. El baño es compartido, grande y tiene jabones. La habitacion que habia reservado yo tenia aire acondicionado y camas muy comodas. La terraza tambien es muy linda. Perfectamente ubicado y perfecto para pasar algunos dias en la ciudad. Probablemente voy a volver

La habitación menos que básica con baño compartido, supuestamente entre 2 pero que el edifico entero lo usa sin control y a veces se forma cola. Entre el ruido de la ducha con gente duchándose a las 4 de la madrugada no hemos podido pegar ojo ninguna noche. Hemos abierto una reclamación con hotels.com por la inconveniencia y la mala experiencia con este lugar!
