Amazing hotel, lovely staff. We found the location perfect for getting around Barcelona city center. We stayed on the 9th floor with a wonderful veranda...our room was beautiful. Bed, linens, shower all EXCEPTIONAL I would stay here again!

Valgte dette hotelle i forbindelse med messe. Syntes det er noe merkelig at hotellet kun har 3 stjerner. Her var alt på stell. Hadde rom i toppetasjen med terrasse. Eneste jeg har å utsette på hotellet, er at de ikke serverte bacon til frokost :)

I've visited 40 countries and hundreds of hotels. I understand hotels are not all equal. The price for this hotel seemed decent when entering the lobby, it was clean and the staff was nice/welcoming. When pointed to the room, we had to zigzag through rooms and halls to get to the elevator. The room itself was decent size for Europe. However, the beds squeaked! It was like sleeping on an army cot. I have never slept on a bed that squeaks. Also, there was only 1 working outlet in the room (not including the one in the bathroom), which, for 2 people, is not enough. We had to take turns charging our phones. The wifi was horrendous, and because the building is so insulated, the only way to get a cell connection was to be next to the window or go outside. The toilet sank into the tile when you sat down -- like it was loose underneath (I weigh 150 lbs). For the price, I'd say it's about 20% too expensive. OH! And the hotel name is similar to another hotel (Hotel Sagrada Familia) which caused us to have to take 2 taxis to get there - one to the other hotel, then another taxi to this one. It really should be mentioned.

El cuarto que me asignaron, nada que ver con lo que promueven en la página. Era demasiado angosto, muy pequeño. Casi no se podía pasar de un lado al otro de la cama. El baño muy incómodo, igualmente muy pequeño y mal distribuido. Para salir de la bañera una verdadera asaña o caías en el toilet o te golpeabas en el lavamanos.

The front desk staffs are all helpful and wonderful . I love them . What border me is the room condition: 1) there is not even a kettle in room . I asked for it and the answer is my room is standard . It is such a big surprise . I have traveled many countries. Please , a kettle is very basic . 2) the room is so poorly lighted . On top of it the light bulbs are flickering all the time . 3) the housemaid don’t even border to put the toilet paper into the roll . Just randomly put on the counter ( the toilet paper was finished ) Please maintain the basic standard . Standard room customer still needed to be treated nicely . I will recommend my friend not to choose this hotel .

I booked a premium room for three nights, but unfortunately there was nothing “premium” about the experience. Pros: - check in was smooth front desk personnel was pleasant - room came with bathrobes and a safe. - There is a cafeteria/deli in front of the hotel that was very reasonable, a big plus. There is also a little grocery store nearby which is convenient. Cons: - shower knob was broken. Since the shower was unusable, I decided to take a bath instead, only to discover that the tub was draining very slowly. My husband reported the shower issue, and to their credit, maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. However, by the second night, the tub drain had become even worse, so we informed the front desk. When we returned later that day, the tub stopper had been removed completely, leaving us unable to take a bath at all. - The hotel’s location was also less convenient than expected. It is quite far from most tourist attractions; the closest major site, Sagrada Família, is still about 1.2 km away or roughly a 20-minute walk. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Sagrada Familia area. We just used it as a bed for a couple of nights and it was fine for that purpose. Being so close to the metro is a definite plus. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is a little tired and in need of a refurbishment. We arrived after 11pm to check-in and there were no available hotel services after that time. We didn't use any of the additional facilities so can't comment on those.

We had an amazing stay at Catalonia Sagrada Familia! There was an issue with our first room, but they accommodated us to a new room with a stunning view. The staff was attentive, kind, and welcoming. Would recommend for your stay in Barcelona!
