Alexia was so friendly during my check-in and gave some great local recommendations. Staff were generally great. The room was clean and tidy.

The day before my arrival, I received a WhatsApp message asking for payment, along with a separate link—even though I had booked with the option to pay at the hotel. I was then told this wasn’t what they had agreed with Hotels.com, so I had to send them a screenshot of my booking. I would have been happy to pay in advance through Hotels.com if that had been required, but receiving a random payment link by text made me worry about potential scams. On top of that, the reception closes at 4 p.m. There were several confused couples in the evening who hadn’t received check-in instructions and didn’t know how to get in. It can be frustrating to arrive with no one to greet you and no clear way to check in. The food at the bar/restaurant is dreadful. It looks like everything is cooked in one pan and tastes of old grease. The staff also seemed unsure of their own menu at times, which didn’t help. The rooms themselves are nice and spacious. Cleaning is acceptable, though they don’t collect used glasses from the rooms—so if you bring a drink back, you’ll need to return the glass to the bar the next day. The AC is only in the bedroom, so you need to let it run for a while to cool the whole apartment. Another concern is that the rooms do not have smoke detectors, which are required in guest accommodations. This worried me, as if something happened in a nearby apartment, I might not know until it was too late. Overall, it was a good stay if you’re looking for a very quiet place.

Staff were absolutely lovely at this hotel, in particular the pool bar breakfast and lunch staff, which is its saving grace. However the room is in need of serious TLC and a good clean, particularly for the price point. The pool however looked good and the food was fab for easy meals.

Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder kommen.

This was our third stay at Club Vista Serena and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough- the apartments are so spacious and clean and amazingly comfortable, they have everything you need and the air con is one of the strongest we've had in any holiday abroad! The TV is big and very modern and links to your phone and netflix, and the kitchen is well equipped for full self catering requirements with a massive fridge and a decent size freezer too! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the restaurant on site is also very reasonably priced with nice cocktails too!

Good experience. There was a mistake with my booking but the staff were very kind and understanding. Paula and colleagues at the bar were also so kind, welcoming and professional.

Helt okej hotell med mest barnfamiljer och äldre. Något slitet, hårda sängar och väldigt ljudhört. Poolen är inte uppvärmd. Eget hushåll men det finns litet poolbar där man kan handla hamburgare, pizza osv. Nära till aktiviteter för barn. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gratis parkering.

For a 3 star hotel, they should have gotten my 5 star review! But the end at 4, simply because the apartments need some renovation soon. Don’t get me wrong, the place is more than worth it. Its cosy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food at the hotel is ok. Outside areas are pretty and well maintained. Pool is clean and maintained. Everyone is smiling and in a great mood. Placed really good. Lots of parking if you have a rental car with you. Apartment are great size. Would I go again? Yes. Sure I would.

Great value and nice clean apartment. Pool was nice, but too cold to swim in during December. The Pool Restaurant had good food at a decent price. Shower gel and shampoo is missing in the room! This should always be included and doesn't cost the hotel/resort much if they buy it in bulk.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The place itself is quiet and relaxing, which I appreciated. However, I did notice ants in my room the day before I was leaving. While I didn’t report it, I trust the staff would have addressed the issue promptly if I had. Aside from that, it’s a very nice place with a wonderful team. I’d recommend it for the atmosphere and hospitality!

Beautiful place to stay in pleasant surroundings. Jumbo only 20 minute walk. Main beach 40 minutes walk. Buses and taxis for all other journeys nearby.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour du vendredi 27/09/24 au vendredi 18/10/24 dans cet établissement. Le Club Vista Serena a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes et nous avons apprécié notre logement, aussi bien pour sa situation que pour sa conception et son confort. Le personnel est compétant, très aimable, à l'écoute des clients et poli avec les résidents. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans votre établissement l'année prochaine, car nous aimons toutes les iles Canaries et pensons retourner à Tenerife l'année prochaine en 2025, mais pourquoi pas revenir à la Grande Canarie en 2026 ou 2027 et dans cet établissement que nous avons apprécié.
