Per essere classificato 4 stelle l'ho trovato abbastanza deludente. Noi ci siamo trovati un armadio rotto e senza scaffali né cassetti interni (ho dovuto mettere la valigia perché i vestiti non rimanessero a terra). Avevo mandato un'email alla struttura qualche giorno prima di partire per chiedere alcune possibilità, come i letti matrimoniali e non due letti singoli, ma mi hanno risposto solo con una email di benvenuto; alla reception il giorno di arrivo, faccio le stesse domande e mi è stato detto che NON avevano proprio letti matrimoniali. Inoltre, nonostante le temperature classiche di Tenerife, non c'era la possibilità di avere solo le lenzuola con coperta, ma un piumino (così o crepi di caldo o di freddo). Mancavano inoltre alcuni attrezzi in cucina e viene dato solo il sapone dei piatti, ma non una spugna. Per la pulizia delle camere, nulla da dire (forse un po' troppo zelanti nel cambio asciugamani), se non per il canovaccio che si era sporcato, ne abbiamo chiesto uno di ricambio, ma ci è stato risposto che finché qualcuno degli altri ospiti non se ne andava non ce n'erano altri!

Very nice stay

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Lovely spacious 1 bedroomed apartment lovely and clean. We visited in September so quite hot, there is no air conditioning but the ceiling fan helped a lot but still quite sticky of a night. The only negative is the location about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Fine on the way down but up hill coming back. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms had a lovely big patio to sit and got the sunshine to relax out on . Also a lovely solarium. I would return again

Appartement très sympa, hôtel en rénovation. Cependant le petit n’est pas varié, chaque matin la même chose, aucune alternative pour remplacer le porc ( pas de tranche de poulet etc) très peu de choix dans les boisons dommage. Sinon c’était top

Wir würden nicht mehr hier her kommen. Das Bad war zwar sauber, der Boden in der Wohnung war aber sehr dreckig. Nach einer Stunde hatten wir bereits schwarze Füße. Auf der Terrasse lag auch noch Sand vom Vormieter. Pool nicht wirklich einladend. Ist zwischen den Gebäuden eingequetscht und bekommt morgens und abends keine Sonne. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Ca. 15min bis zum nächsten Strand.

Very satisfied on what was my first visit to this complex. Superior room was very spacious with comfortable bedding and very powerful shower. Housekeeping was very good and daily visits were commendable. Very close to bars, cafes, shops etc and a 10 minute walk to harbour area and sea front

We had a nice abd relaxing stay at Coral Los Alisios. The staff were very friendly, polite and always available to help. The area around the pool was spotless, everyday washed with soap in early morning. Breakfast was really nice and cleaning regim for the rooms was regular. Splash park was a great amusement for kids. I recommend this hotel to families as in general it was a nice hotel. However i believe having more options for food in the snack bar can be a great help as the hotel is not in the city center ans away from the restaurants we did struggled to get some foid some days that we wanted to relax and stay in the hotel and had to eat quite repetetive food for some days in a row. Check in was easy and our room was ready at 3pm. Room was large with clean bedding etc , kitchen was basic but had everything we required. Nice pool view on second floor. Quiet hotel with sun around the pool from 10.30-5 pm. The location is at the top of a hill and could be difficult for those who suffer with walking. The view from the back of the hotel isn’t best as it’s industrial wasteland and a bit scruffy. Overall, we knew its layout snd had a nice stay. The mini market is ok but nothing shows a price, bar is ok with reasonable prices and selection.

Acceuil et infrastrucutre tres bien ! Un peu moins sur la literie .. et la piscine pas toute la jojrnee au soleil mais toutefois tres bon séjojr . Hotel a 12mn de la plage

Fint beliggende, med ca 2 km gang avstand til stranda. Særdeles godt renhold og hyggelig personale. God frokost med alt av pålegg og gode bakevarer med særdeles gode brød.

Looking at the reviews i was unsure what to expect. Property was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. It wasnt mentioned the childrens entertainer would be there. Will was amazing, pool side entertainment and games until 6pm. No digger noises at all. The hotel was very quiet. Sunbathing - once the sun has gone from the pool (about5pm) there is a sun terrace at the back of the property with loungers and plenty of sun. Rooms are basic but everything you need for self catering and well equipped. Rooms cleaned daily. Bar is open in the eveni g, but not many people go as there is plenty to see just a short walk away.

La struttura al suo interno si vede che è molto usata ha bisogno di un restauro e soprattutto di una pulizia per bene, ogni giorno vengono a pulire la camera ma è come se non lo facessero , coperte sporche

The apartment is big enough for 3 adults and a baby. It is clean. Friendly staff, nice breakfasts. Good for family holidays. I recommend Coral Los Alisios. I will come back

Too far out from town and beach. Breakfast was the worst we’ve had. Cold beans, cold bacon, cold sausage cold everything.
