Positiva saker: - Bra läge i lite "finare kvarter" - Bra service från personalen och de var väldigt trevliga. - Tvättmaskin och diskmaskin i rummet vilket var väldigt skönt - fräscha handdukar Mindre bra: Hela lägenheten skulle behöva en ordentlig städning skrubb och tvätt av alla gardiner etc för det var mycket fläckar och det kändes inte fräscht. Det fanns även en frän luft i främst badrummet som störde mig väldigt mycket och de kom och städade igen men det hjälpte tyvärr inte (personalen var dock mycket hjälpsamma och försökte lösa det genom att städa igen) ville ha en sån balkong som på bilden men det fick vi inte. störigt att först åka till en plats för att hämta nycklar och checka in och sen behöva åka till boendet - störigt när man har packning och behöver ta typ två taxin.

Excellent location, very clean, quiet and, well equiped. Two observations are: the apartment clearly has space to sleep 5 people. We were 3 but at the last minute wanted to have our daughter and son and law stay and obviously offered to pay the difference. Our request was refused. It's also a hassle to do the check-in at another location (10 minutes in taxi).

Nous avions loué les 2 duplex terrasse En rez de chaussée. Confortable et idéalement situé : restaurant, magasin de cookies à 2 pas (un délice), taxi (traverser la route), casa batllo à 100 mètres, métro tout près….etc. Quartier sur et anime

Appartement soigné. Literie excellente. Emplacement exceptionnel. Tout est proche. Station de taxi juste en face. Un peu bruyant : on entendait les voisins du dessus. Le check in est un peu fastidieux car éloigné. Communication réactive et très sympathique. On reviendra

Great apartment, great location. Almost everything is walkable from here. Only inconvenience is having to check in on other side of the city to get your keys.

욕실 샤워부스가 좀 더 깨끗하면 좋을 것 같아요. 샤워부스 모서리에서 물이 새요.

No reception. Have to go far to check in. No cleaning or change of linen or towels during stay (4 nights). Great location though

The check in is quite a process. You have to go to their office which is really far from your apt., and you have to wait for shuttle bus and take you to the apt. By the time you can get in to your place will be at least 1.5 -2 hours later.

カードキーの受け取りをオフィスで行いましたが、その際のやりとり、スペイン人の英語が今ひとつで困難を感じました。こちらの不手際もあり、事情が複雑になったため、その調整をしなければならず、冷や汗ものでした。スペイン語をもっと勉強していくべきでした。

They did not inform us correctly and we were in the wrong place without a key. The reception desk was at a different location. That was very bad, because I did not get any information about it before.

Very close to most activities. The only is there is no reception area and you have to pick keys somewhere else

Escolhemos o Cosmos pela localização e sabíamos que a retirada da chave era em outro local. Como havíamos feito 2 reservas sequenciais, na chegada nos informaram que no check-in da segunda reserva bastaria telefonar que viriam ao nosso encontro para validar as chaves e cobrar a taxa de turismo. Como pedido, deixamos o valor sobre a mesa da sala e as chaves seriam ajustadas. Hora marcada e ninguém apareceu. Ligamos informando que ninguém havia aparecido e nos mandaram ir até a recepção ( 30 min de ônibus). Chegando lá pagamos a taxa de turismo e testaram nossas chaves e constataram que estavam ainda magnetizadas e que era desnecessário nosso deslocamento até lá. (30 min de retorno ao apartamento). Quando voltamos ao quarto, havia um bilhete da camareira informando que havia pego o dinheiro que deixamos em cima da mesa (para pagar a taxa de turismo, como haviam pedido por telefone). Tivemos que ligar novamente para a recepção reclamando que o dinheiro havia sumido. Na manhã seguinte a camareira nos devolveu. A organização é muito ruim. Uma lâmpada estava queimada quando chegamos, não tem microondas, um dia voltamos pro quarto e o sofá cama estava arrumado, sem que tivéssemos pedido, mais de um dia disseram que enviariam um varal para o quarto e depois avisaram que não tem, entre outros. Enfim, o apartamento é bom e limpo (embora a cozinha seja bem básica, e a localização é ótima, mas o atendimento ao cliente é péssimo.

Good location and 10 mins walk to Plaça de Catalunya. The bathroom shower light was not working. Also there is no room service.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et fonctionnel. Très bien situé étau calme.

My problem was not with the hotel, but with hotels.com. Even though kids were supposed to be free, my room with one kid was 60 euros cheaper than the other two rooms that had 2 kids. Sure seemed like a switch for me. Trying to contact you from the office ended after 30 minutes on hold and transfers, with being hung up on. So there was an extra 240 euros I didn't expect to spend.

Since I booked through this website, I assumed it was "hotel-style" apartments, but there is NO reception at this location!!! That is a big problem, especially because I had no way of contacting them other than sending emails; the phone in the room never went through to the reception despite my numerous emails about this! Not having a reception on site means that when the lift wasn't working as we were leaving with our 3 suitcases, I had no way of contacting them and my husband had to bring down our suitcases 4 flights of stairs instead! It also means, you have to go to a different location to check-in and wait for a long time to take a shuttle to this location or pay for your own taxi. We were staying for 4 nights and basic maintenance was not included!!! They don't even take out the trash and only gave us another set of towels after I sent an email with a strong request! I paid a lot for this place, nearly 1000 Euros for 4 nights and I am extremely unsatisfied! While the location is good, in that it is well connected by public-transport to all the main tourist attractions, it's not phenomenal and other than Casa Batllo and Casa Milo, not much is truly in walking distance with small kids. This is minor, but the shower stall didn't close properly, but as always, I had no one to discuss this with. Do not stay here, especially if you are travelling with kids!

It was a nice place. My only concern was our shuttle driver. He made us a bit nervous in the traffic.
