This is a wonderful place to stay for several reasons. Close to everything, the staff is wonderful, friendly and professional. They give you all kinds of advice when you check in so you maximize your time here in Sevilla. The included breakfast is amazing, the view from the rooftop bar of the cathedral is fantastic and the onsite restaurants are just as good

A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location. Very friendly staff, especially Emma Martin. Lovely rooftop bar, modern rooms and on the whole a lovely stay. Will be our first choice for our next trip to Seville

The hotel is right next to the cathedral. An antique building tastefully refurbishrd to very high standard. Hotel staff was really nice.

location is second to none and staff lovely. But the hotel layout is disjointed due to it's conversion from several buildings and therefore many rooms are dark and ours had no windows making it feel claustrophobic.

The stairs is dangerous due to lack of lighting and there was no hand rail. There was a construction going on during the operation. The rooms are not very clean. The breakfast buffet was over priced for the foods they served.

O único ponto alto do hotel é a localização . O quarto é rústico com piso de cimento amarelo , com manchas que dão a sensação de sujeira. o banheiro é enorme , sem box ( molha o banheiro todo ao tomar banho ) e a pia fica do lado de fora . Não tem guarda roupa . Tem uma arara fixa na parede com uma cortina inexplicável na frente . O atendimento no geral foi bom , com exceção de uma funcionária jovem e loira da recepção que foi arrogante . Não voltaria e não recomendo.

You will love the location of this hotel. Nice pool with the view of the cathedral. Very friendly staff. Rooms are small which are expected in the old town, but everything was clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect. Our room was overlooking the Catedral de Seville. All main sights are within walking distance, averaging 10 minutes, with the cathedral and alcazar 1 and 2 minutes away. Lots of great small restaurants with amazing food nearby and reasonable prices. We loved being able to return to the room for short breaks, outfit changes or bathroom stops without disruptions to our day. We had booked the suite with view as we were traveling with our adult children. This consists of two rooms with their individual bathrooms. The main suite is spacious with separate bathroom and seating areas. The second room which is a standard room is a bit tight and had no closet, and very little room to get around the bed. Since we were mostly out and about and only returned to sleep, this did not pose a real issue for us. Rooms were very clean (and we are picky). Bathroom was very clean and sinks are separate - more efficient when getting ready. A couple of things to note: 1) the TVs were not connected to anything other than displaying a welcome message. It would have been good to have it for end of day but no major impact as we wanted to maximize our sightseeing time. 2) storage space is limited: only one closet with two small drawers in the suite and no closet or dresser in the standard room. 3) wifi was good for texting but a bit spotty for streaming. Last but not least: very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for your care during our stay, Maria, Antonio and everyone!

We had an amazing stay at EME Catedral Mercer Hotel in Seville! From start to finish, the service was top notch. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, the manager even reserved us a table at their beautiful rooftop terrace, which offers absolutely breathtaking views. One of the highlights was the pool that overlooks the cathedral such a unique and peaceful spot to relax, especially at sunset. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. Our room was excellent: stylish, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we felt truly looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seville we’ll definitely be back!
