One of the most cost-effective options near the Barcelona area for a family with kids aged between 10 and 14.

This place was great for a family getaway with young kids given the multiple pools and kids activities. My son loved going to the clubhouse and doing dancing with all the other kids each night.

We had a very pleasant stay at Golden Taurus Aquapark Resort. The location is excellent—right by the beach and close to the train for easy access to Barcelona. The facilities are well-maintained, with multiple pools and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful and responsive, and any minor issues were handled professionally. Overall, it’s a great value stay in a convenient location, and we would happily return.

Parking fee information is not provided in expedia. Very limited parking inside the hotel/resort and there are just too many people. There is a free parking next to the hotel but I parked inside for two hours and told that since I parked inside for two hours, I need to pay for the entire stay. Biggest problem was no AC, for two nights did not sleep for 5 minutes due to the heat. I had to keep the sliding doors open all night but the noice and mosquitos.didn'y help. Suffered for two days due to lack of sleep. Forget about AC, there is no fan either. Absolutely a nightmare experience. Actually the hotel was very good and they have a great buffet for free but due to some.of the issues I mentioned it ruined for my family. Also for my room, you actually need to go behind the staircase, no one told me and there are no signs so we took the main elevator after a long line to find out our room number does not even exist..Also check in took more than 45 minutes, It is extremely slow, may be due to their regulations, I don't know. Imagine that you are going thru these nightmares after travelling for more than 10 hours in flight from US. Management needs to seriously think all these before making decisions to not provide AC until June or something. They are not helping themselves when they make these kinds of unbelievable decisions in a tourist destination. I have no words. To my surprise, that place is packed, looks like a lot of people are ok with such experience in Spain.

Had a fab holiday at Golden Taurus...the room was spacious, and the kids loved their dedicated bedroom and bathroom; plenty of hotel pools to choose from, when they didn't feel like going to the Aquapark and Sports area which was so convenient. The staff were excelllent and so friendly; the buffet restaurant had a great variety of good quality ( my only constructive criticism would be that they could manage the breakfast queues for eggs and pancakes better; I stopped queuing for eggs after day 2), the bar snacks were excellent ( hot dogs and burgers better than the restaurant )..entertainment was very good and the hotel had everything you might need

I was half board and the food is really nice. We were able to get sun loungers even if we got to the pool early afternoon. Lunch was a reasonable price. Minimal queues at the aqua park. My children enjoyed the kids club and all the entertainment and activities. The pool was so much fun. The room is really nice with the children in their own room. Lots of wardrobe space. Bathroom is spacious. I was disappointed the beach is small stones rather than sand. The lift to our room didn't work a few times. I was told the taxi to the airport was 125 euros but he was on a meter.

If I could give this hotel less than 1 star for cleanliness I would. There was black mould all over the bathroom, thick dust all over the room and the linen was dirty. The service was not good. My son was sick during our stay and they were incredibly unhelpful. The buffet was as you'd expect. The wait staff presented as unhappy, when ordering drinks heavy sighs and eye rolls followed. The entertainment seemed fun. The hotel is generally incredibly run down. We avoided the lifts as you were lucky if you could ever get one. Usual thing with people reserving their sun chairs from silly o'clock but staff did nothing to deter this. The local area is not particularly desirable so a lot of time was spent in the hotel so would have preferred it to be a more enjoyable experience. This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. If you know that and go with low expectations you'll be fine. Probably a good idea to bring cleaning products!

Réservation août 2025 Établissement très grand, plusieurs étages. - Très bondé, le personnel n’interdit pas chasse aux transat de bon matin, cantine bondée il faut faire 10min de queue le matin, idem pour les crêpes et les œufs c’est décourageant. Les murs sont des mouchoirs on entends tout !!!!!! Personnel pas forcément super aimable. On a trouvé un cafard dans la chambre le 2eme jour :S + les extérieurs sont bien assez de piscine pour les enfants et les adultes. Personnel de piscine très gentil

Fantastisk oplevelse for hele familien, Golden club var et hit, mange gode tilbud i løbet af dagen og minidisco om aftenen. Utrolig lækre omgivelser og dejligt hotel.

Très déçus par la propreté de la salle de bain, les wc, le balcon, nous l avons signalé à l accueil ( photos à l appui) et ce devait etre corrigé le lendemain. Or, la femme de ménage est venue et a ete incapable de nettoyer ! Le menage doit se résumer à faire le lit ! La piscine aussi pourrait etre mieux nettoyée ( mouchoirs au fond de l eau dès 9h le matin...). Quant au supplément payé pour la piscine, c'est ridicule et il vaut mieux s abstenir ! Installes au 1 er etage, nous avions principalement une vue sur le toit du bar ( recevant les saletés jetees depuis les balcons ). Les points positifs sont: - l animation car chaque soir, il y a une prestation musicale. - le parc avec toboggans tres tres bien surveillé - le personnel sympathique Mais la propreté ne devrait pas etre une option.
