Super confortável e a localização é ótima ! Quando cheguei o quarto estava impecável, limpo e quentinho! As fotos dos quartos cumprem com o que dizem, são ótimos! Porém, mesmo colocando o cartão na porta durante os dias para a limpeza ser realizada, não era! A limpeza do dia a dia dos quartos não é muito bem realizada, eles não jogam o lixo, não aspiram o pó, apenas arrumam as camas.

El personal ofrece un trato excelente y la ubicación es muy buena, aunque la proximidad de varios locales de hostelería puede generar algo de ruido. El edificio, de estilo clásico y con encanto, presenta sin embargo unas instalaciones claramente envejecidas que requieren una renovación. Las habitaciones resultan muy básicas y la insonorización es insuficiente: se perciben conversaciones, televisores y ruidos procedentes tanto de otras estancias como de la calle..

Location is amazing! Room was clean and staff were nice. The room was a bit small er than expected but this is likely due to the fantastic location.

Photos on website are misleading; there are no kitchen facilities anywhere on premises; not even a way to boil water for tea or coffee. Additionally, the link to enter the hotel didn’t work for me when I arrived on a Sunday evening and would have been locked out if someone else hadn’t left the building while I was standing outside. As it was, I couldn’t leave to get dinner and I never received ANY reply from the management to my texts or attempts to call when I reported that I was locked out of the hotel.

Quelques points d’amélioration qui pourraient faire de cet hôtel une petite pépite centrique: j’ai été réveillée au petit matin par les bruits des conduits d’eau/d’aération, vraiment dommage car l'hôtel et la literie sont très confortables à part ça…! Autre point à changer très rapidement: la chambre avait une diffusion aromatique qui sentait beaucoup trop fort, j’ai dû le mettre dehors et garder la fenêtre ouverte pour pouvoir avoir un niveau d’odeur acceptable.

Hay una tienda 24/7 con comida ligera. La habitación muy limpia, aunque muy reducido el baño.

Unique property.

Lugar con excelente ubicación. Lo único es que el mostrador no es 24 horas (detalle que pasamos por alto) y que el baño es pequeño. Fuera de eso, un buen lugar para hospedarse.

The room was dirty and fixtures were broken . The bed and pillows were stiff. The TV was placed above the door. Another guest tried to break into my room at 2 AM. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

El baño es minúsculo y está unido al dormitorio.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was a bit small for my liking but if you want a convenient location in the city to just sleep & shower, this place is perfect. Walls are pretty thin so don’t plan on sleeping in because you’ll most definitely be woken up by everything going on outside your door.

Las camas de 180 me parecen tercermundista igual que el colchón de muelles y el WC sin estaractor. Las habitaciones minúsculas i se hoye como un diluvio cuando alguien se ducha.

Great central place to stay.

Front desk was very helpful. Printed some museum tickets for us and switched our room to a street view room with a balcony. The room was large, comfy, and lovely.

I was pleasantly surprised of the pretty comfortable double bed in my room. The mattress felt like a memory mattress, but don't know if I'm right? I was pretty tired and was able to sleep without interruptions throughout the night, and much longer than expected, so that was a welcomed, unexpected experience. No noise either, as my window was facing the inner yard away drom the street, and for sure also due to the time of the year when no major tourism was occurring, it was quiet. So, all and all, a good experience. Just one side note about the service bought through the hotel - the pre-ordered breakfast, that was a disappointment. No coffee. No other hot drink/tea either. Had I known it's not included (as the gluten-free option did not mention anything about that) I certainly wouldn't have bothered to order anything. I enjoyed my breakfast in a cafe instead on my way out..
