Appart'hotel correct mais très bruyant en semaine à cause des travaux en cours.

This is NOT a hotel…it is a apartment converted to hotel liked setup…it is outdated…it is far to city central…need to account for 50 minutes or more if you are planning to take public transit to city central and to the airport…but there are taxi service across the street from the hotel

when we arrived there were problems getting in also when we went up to the room there has been so much noise and din these nights we have slept already the first day someone vomited the whole hotel could hear it on top of that the duvets were not put in properly and the third bed the mattress was so hard that you don't hurt your back and on top of that there are not 3 duvets only 2 so the third one has been in a lain we wanted our money back we will not pay for this

Good size property but didn’t provide enough number of towels, difficult self check-in, terrible sofa. Good location, easy to get to town center.

I liked very much the apartment and all the equipment furnished. The only point is the situation that was a little bit distant from the centre, 50 minutes by bus, but if you have time, it’s not a real problem.

This hotel is half way between the airport & the city center so the cost is in the middle ground. It's across from a hospital and among residential high rises so it's quiet and seems safe. The amenities is adequate for a kitchenette. It offers a separate bedroom and an extra bed in the living room for 3 of us and it's roomy. For cleanliness it's average but the drawers have debris and greasy stain inside so we live out of our suit cases for 3 nights. Now the worst part is the bathroom. It's ok overall but the bath tub is only half enclosed with a glass panel. A shower rod is hung across the middle of the tub with no shower curtain. It requires very careful dmaneuver to avoid flooding the floor on a good day. However, the flexible hose for the shower head was broken at the base of the handle so water was splashing everywhere. The front desk was only manned between 12 noon to 8 pm. There's not an emergency phone number posted in the room so we ended up temporarily patching it up with plastic bags & twist ties and ran at minimum water flow for our showers. Communication with the hotel was non existent. We were going to arrive Barcelona way before the check-in time so we sent an email to ask if there's storage facilities on site for our luggage so that we don't have to wait at the lobby for 5-6 hours. There's no response. When we arrived, there only a automatic check-in machine at the front door to greet us but our reservation was not to be found until the check-in time

Cela fait trois ans que je viens, et je n’ai jamais été déçue et encore moins à l’heure d’aujourd’hui. Il y a un personnel de nuit qui est très agréable et qui nous aide dans les démarches afin de retirer notre carte pour accéder à la chambre. Este señor que trabaja de noche era muy agradable y amable, le extrañamos jajaj y lo agradecemos mucho por su buena onda. Merci beaucoup

Muy bien si viajas con tres o cuatro personas tiene todo lo necesario habitaciones grandes

A hotel where time including condition has stood still. Even repairs are not carried out. There was something broken about all the furniture. The windows could be slid open like that, couldn't be locked either. The view of a balcony where a hoarder lives. The thermostat did not work, it stayed 25 degrees or warmer in the room. The bathroom was downright filthy. The shaving residue from our previous one was still against the wall. When you had showered it got even hotter in the room. The next day, the bathroom was still full of condensation. The towels were changed after 3 nights. Only the dirty ones they did not take away. So a pile of bath towels in the bathroom that was a sight to behold. On arrival, we were not even let in by guest service. Another customer had to let us in. When we asked how to check in, we were very surly and impersonally told that this could only be done digitally with a sign-in column. After leaving the hotel, we even had to ask how to get back in. They had not passed on the numerical code the day before. You could literally hear your neighbours and the rest of the corridor. Even your neighbours' microwave oven can be heard in your room.

Facilities are good, it's fair enough for the money which I paid. Big suggestion it's to add some child safety at the windows, it's very dangerous for kids, windows are opening without effort.

A szobánk mellett az utolsó este bulit tartottak, csapkodták az ajtókat, kiabáltak mellettünk, hangosan szólt a zene éjjel 3-ig. Mi másnap hajnalban keltünk, mert ment a repülőnk, így kb. 0 alvással kellett hazautaznunk. Nem volt lehetőségünk senkinek szólni, mert nem volt senki a recepción. A self check in-nél is problémánk volt, de végül ott kaptunk segítséget.

Alles war top nur was man ändern sollte sind die Bettwäschen also der Bezug von der Decke, es waren nur zwei Laken übereinander sodass wenn man sich dreht im Schlaf die Bettdecke vom Laken löst und das fand ich persönlich eklig.
