The property location was excellent but it was overpriced for what it offered. If I hadn't prepaid my two visits there, I would have changed my second to another hotel since the both Expedia and the property management did a very poor job by not giving me a contact number or any idea that I would need a pass code to get into the building and that the reception area was on the 4th floor with a grumpy elevator. It was only possible to get in since two other checked in guests, standing outside, were nice enough to let me into the building and told me that the reception was on the 4th floor. What really infuriated me was that I was not given the room I ordered, which had two bright courtyard windows. Instead all they had left was a tiny room with a tiny square of light under the ceiling and the room had to be accessed via three sets of locked doors in tiny hot claustrophobic spaces with lights that left you in total darkness every ten seconds if you weren't fast enough to flash the code decal and enter the key, which I found totally scary. All this cirrus for over $300 a night.

No control of heater or aircon. No lock box to drop keys when leaving early.

I will never recommend this place to anyone traveling with parents or family . We had terrible experience and staff is just not helpful Or I should say non existent .

Great location close to Opera metro

No geral foi bom, apenas esqueceram de limpar o quarto um dia.

The location of this property cannot be better - within a few minute walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations and the major landmarks. The room was clean and updated and staff member was so helpful. I would stay here if I visit Madrid again (one suggestion - free coffee or some other compliment would be nice even thought cafes are right outside the door.

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi uitzicht (we hadden een kamer met balkon). Lift aanwezig want ze zitten op de 4de verdieping . Mooie centrale ligging in het centrum vlakbij Opera. Kinderen zijn niet toegestaan, wat wij niet wisten maar omdat mijn zoon net 13 was geworden, werd er een uitzondering gemaakt.Maar rust wordt gewaardeerd. Er was wel een vieze vlek op de badkamerdeur dus schoonmaak mag iets beter (of dit was een uitzondering). We waren heel tevreden

Great location, staff very friendly, room was very clean and newly renovated but the bedroom was in the rafters of the building so very tall people would have a problem

Very clean room with wonderful balcony view over busy street below. Beautiful building across the street to enjoy. Thick double paned windows made street noise very manageable. Staff was very supportive and friendly when we had to deal with lost luggage by our airline.

Alexandra è stata disponibilissima, peccato per la camera che è molto piccola e in mancanza di varie cose comode, come un mobiletto per appoggiare le cose.
