This hotel is older, the location is perfect, hotel stuff is amazing, rooms are great and price is amazing….love it love it love it We book room for one night and extend for two more nights

La atención del personal muy buena el hotel un poco deteriorado le falta mantenimiento limpieza muy bien y la comida no ha estado mal pero podía haber sido mejor. La situación, instalaciones y las vistas buenísimas. Además de tranquilo y sin ruidos.

El personal tod@s El buffet van cambiando y comida sabrosa. Muy buena animación. La limpieza, el miniclub,lo malos para aparcar, para un hotel de 5 estrellas el mobiliario antiguo y deteriorado.

The decor was reminiscent of the 1990s, which might have been acceptable if the nightly rate hadn’t been an exorbitant €231 — and this was reportedly the lowest room category, at the end of August no less. I will definitely not be returning.

Good service on the réception side and also the cleaning lady. A good reference for family

Beautiful location right by the beach – and the beach itself is lovely, clean, and not crowded. The pool area is nice too, although there were quite a few children. It was easy to find free parking just outside. Keep in mind that the area is quite small and there’s not a lot going on, but there are plenty of restaurants around. If the interior were updated, this could become a truly good hotel.

No lift from the parking lot so 20 stairs to climb which is inconvenient. No parking on street for check-in -also inconvenient. Buffet is more limited than comparable resorts up the coast.

Good location south of the town and port areas. Could walk along the promenade both directions, so visited the natural park area too. Great little Spar shop across the road and plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance if required. Room clean and beds comfortable. Spacious lounge and kitchen area with plenty of facilities (although no kettle so boiled the water for a cuppa). Room temperature good. Guests generally not British. This didn’t matter to us, however it meant the entertainment understandably geared for the Spanish, also in our opinion it was quite poor - just a host playing recorded music to be danced to in the evenings around Christmas and one night ‘Bingo’. Additional activities in the daytime as normally offered but we didn’t require these. Note: the dining area was a little on the cooler side and the central hub was particularly cold with many guests keeping jackets on. Food was far less luxurious than we’ve enjoyed elsewhere, however there was sufficient choice for a shorter stay and the salad bar was good. A change in layout would improve the process. Indoor pool was a little disappointing, only small and had lots of bits in the bottom. Reception staff not unpleasant but the maids were much more friendly. Due to time of year there was plenty of free parking on the streets nearby so we didn’t need to use the hotel-charged underground parking. In summary, for the cost, we were satisfied with our 4 night stay.

En general bien. Hotel como con habitaciones espaciosas. Quizás sería recomendable una renovación de los baños, se ven antiguos y con cierto mal funcionamiento. El bufet de desayuno, la verdad que no merece la pena.

Good: The hotel is in a good location and it was cheap. Good WiFi. Bad: Frosty reception at check in, it felt that checking me in was just too much of an inconvenience for the receptionist. The room although clean was awful and I desperate need of repair. The wardrobe doors were broken and I struggled to open them. The shower had no fixing on the wall for the shower head, holes suggested that it once did. Breakfast was poor, but the coffee was OK. The glasses for the orange juice were mostly dirty. I won’t be back.

Rummen är från bygg året, säkert från 70 talet. Sängarna och kuddarna var hårda och tyvärr fanns det inte möjlighet till att byta till mjukare kuddar. Servicen var bra. Frukosten ok. Placering toppen.
