They staff was very friendly. Decided to extend my trip by one day to see more and because the hotel was so accommodating. Also liked the staff at the bar very nice to talk to and very helpful

The staff is very friendly and helpful, most speak pretty good English.

Une seule nuit pour être à proximité de Malaga. Chambre propre, lit moyen, mauvaise insonorisation, on entendait la climatisation du voisin !!!

à mon arrivée j’ai due changer 3 fois de chambre la clim coulait ensuite bcp trop bruyant voisinage les chiens qui aboient c’est infernal à fuit j’ai laisser un message à la patronne elle ne m’a jamais rappeler mauvaise expérience

Lovely hotel, beautiful gardens, clean, staff friendly and helpful, no problem finding a sunbed, plenty of space so not not sat on top of other people. Will definitely be back

A perfect place to stay, 5 mins from the beach clean, tidy, all staff very polite and helpful. It may only be 3* but don’t let that put you off.

A delightful, typically Spanish hotel with the extra bonus of a beautiful tranquil garden. A bus stop outside to either Torremolinos or Benalmadena. The beach is just a 4 minute walk away with an abundance of restaurants and shops. It’s a cozy, friendly hotel with staff that go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Special thanks to Aline, Misha, Victor, Cat and Encarna who cares for the beautiful garden. All the staff were super helpful and I felt safe and relaxed there.

Even though busy you never felt crowded. The staff were always available and eager to help. A lovely place to relax and chill.

Le plus : hôtel situé à environ 10 min à pied des plages et des commerces de Carihuela Bus à proximité La réception très accueillante et disponible. Climatiseur fonctionne bien Le lit est confortable Il y a un balcon 1 semaine à 691€ très cher pour un hôtel dont les chambres sont basiques ( chambre à rénover) Le moins : Salle de bain à rénover Les gens du ménage oublient de changer les Serviettes, non changé depuis 2 jours Réclamé à l accueil 2 fois Des qu’ on laisse la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte il y a des petits insectes qui rentrent et se mettent dans un coin en haut de la douche car la douche fait de l humidité Il Manque une table de chevet si vous êtes à 2. C’est pas top. J’ai dû mettre une des chaises avec le plateau qui servait pour la bouilloire pour faire table de chevet Les draps non pas été changé durant tous notre séjour Le balcon : j’ai nettoyé les chaises et la table ( poussiéreuse et des excréments de pigeons) ainsi que les rambardes du balcon

Check in was fast. I was 3 hours early and my room was ready. The room is a good size, little dated but very clean. The bathroom did look updated. Shower pressure wasn’t the best but adequate. The air con was perfect and the wifi was really good, quite fast and reliable, even at the pool area. And the pool area is stunning. Beautiful well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool that wasn’t freezing cold like other hotels I’ve stayed in. Would stay here again and it’s also exceptional value for money.

It was in a decent location for the airport and short walk to the beach. Staff were nice. Hotel very outdated.

Heerlijk authentiek Spaans hotel. Niet te groot, maar met een heerlijke tuin en super personeel. Op loopafstand van het strand en het leven in Torremolinos.
