I had an incredible stay! Amazing amazing time!!

I slipped in the parking garage that I learned was not necessary to pay for because there’s free parking behind the hotel. Plus the narrow entry to the garage is scary when driving even a small car. I’m upset that I paid €22 for parking… and the floor was so slippery (and it was dry and so were my shoes). I fell and had to call the staff on the phone to help me get up off of the ground due to my health. The staff was nice and helped me but no accident form was offered and my elbow is very sore from the fall and so is my back and rear end. There were no trolleys/carts for luggage that I could find, nor was offered. That might have saved me from falling because I could have held on to that. The hotel itself is nice. I am not used to no wash cloths/“face cloths” as they say in Europe. I didn’t bother ask because I was in a hurry to leave the morning of my checkout. I’m also not used to the town and the fact that the hotel is surrounded by residential homes and was noisy until around 11 PM (23:00). The beds were hard and I am very sore on my hip bones from sleeping on the hard surface of the mattress. I thought I was sleeping on a prison mat that you see on these television shows. It has great water pressure and great hot water. Plus a great shower head that is attached to a hose. So it’s a mixed bag of good and bad. I plan to call the hotel manager when I return home if I am still sore from the fall and mattress. I would like my €22 back for parking because the spaces are tiny.

Clean room, but we were on the ground floor, a lot of noise from above and outside noise. Reception Desk Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast not much options. 3.5 Stars

Tutto bene, però alle 8 le donne delle pulizie fanno abbastanza casino. Quindi anche se il checkout è tardivo, vi svegliano.

As other reviews state the property is a little dated however its exceptionally clean. We were given a room on the ground floor no balcony. We stayed 3 nights but if we had been staying longer or spending longer in the hotel i would have requested a change. We arrived late so wasnt going to bother at that time of night. Breakfast was fairly good. Good value for money. Sadly of all the hotels we have stayed in this was the least friendly staff wise. It wasnt so busy and while they were not rude i felt a little effort into interacting with guests passing reception would be appreciated just a greeting or a have a nice day.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Habitación limpia y cómoda. Personal en general bueno, como son normalmente en España. Se puede estacionar frente si se alquila auto siempre que esté disponible. Sino en las aceras cercanas si hay espacio.

Hotel molto vecchio, stanza rumorose e design antico. Bagno piccolo e armadio rotto, per il prezzo pagato servizio non sufficiente

Hotel agréable. Buffet de petit déjeuner varié. A 400m de la plage.

The hotel was very empty ‘out of season’ It was comfortable and reasonable My only comment would be the bathroom en suite a - Shower curtain only covered half the bath ! So having a shower required some contortions to keep the floor dry ! Everything else was fine and good value

This as the perfect hotel coming off of a cruise and headed to the airport the next day. Perfect location, 3 blocks to walk to the beach, tons of great restaurants, large rooms, hot shower, comfortable beds, easy to get to, helpful staff, great price. Would highly recommend!

This was a business stay. The Hotel is clean, Breakfast was good with a large choice, Fresh Bread, and a Fresh orange juice machine. We did not use any other facilities.

Todo muy bien, atenciones, instalaciones impecables

Tout était excellent

Chambre grande. Propre. Par contre grave problème d'insonorisation. Notre chambre avait deux portes qui communiquaient avec les chambres voisines... 'mais nullement insonorisée. Donc on entendait tout à côté. Ça nous a gâché la nuit. Quasiment impossible de dormir. Quel dommage car de l' 'extérieur l' hôtel est sympa.

Room was spotless.staff were courteous and very polite despite language difference.
