The breakfast was excellent each day! The views of the surrounding area with the mountains and the vineyards are unforgettable! This is our second time staying there and we love it!

Frontdesk- Horrible Customer Service I booked Hotel Eguren Ugarte expecting a relaxing experience, but it turned into a stressful stay. I was given a smoking room, despite having asthma and clearly explaining my condition to the staff. They did not offer any resolution. Only when my husband noticed other available rooms did they say we could switch—but only if we paid extra. In the end, we had no choice but to pay for an upgrade just so I could stay without risking an emergency room visit. The front desk personnel were unhelpful and dismissive, and the manager was unavailable to speak with us for the entire 24 hours of our stay. For a property of this level, this level of customer service is beyond unacceptable. The vineyard and the property itself are beautiful, and their Grande Reserve wine (not the regular Reserve) is nice. But customer service at the hotel is beyond bad. I would NOT recommend staying here.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with all rooms and the restaurant overlooking them. It is a stunning place to spend a couple of days to unwind whilst sipping a glass of wine.

The staff alwas amazing and very patient with me not speaking spanish. The chef fornthe hotel produced some of the most amazing dishes ive ever had in a hotel.

Hotel luxuoso, quarto excelente com vistas lindíssimas da região. Hotel funciona na vinícola de mesmo nome, tem restaurante muito bom e serve os seus vinhos, que são ótimos.

El hotel bodega es realmente una maravilla en toda su expresión. Desde la cálida bienvenida en su recepción, a la increíble sorpresa de descender a la habitación la cual te impresiona al ver su bodega y de la ventana a sus viñedos. Sus dos restaurantes son fabuloso, el tour y degustación de vinos es espectacular. Sin dudas es un lugar donde quieres volver y seguir disfrutando

This hotel was amazing. The views are absolutely stunning, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great. Would definitely stay there again.

This winery hotel is modern with reasonable room sizes. All rooms look out onto the vineyards and Ebro Valley below. Fabulous views on to nearby Laguardia. Good evening dinner menu option available but booking is essential.

C'est la deuxième fois que je vais dans c'est établissement, juste fabuleux, un endroit magnifique au milieu des vignes,un accueil super, personnel au top,très belles chambre, avec une salle de bain superbe, le petit déjeuner a volonté et très copieux ,cette année j'ai voulu aller au restaurant de l'établissement, une très belle surprise déjà le serveur très pro ,et très accueillant, quand a la cuisine il y en avait pour les yeux et les papilles,j'ai pris le menu dégustation, vraiment incroyable très belles présentation, extraordinairement bon ,j'ai passé une superbe soirée, et un très bon séjour, et c'est clair que j'y retournerai, un grand merci a toute l'équipe, ainsi qu'au chef cuisinier

Excelente hotel bodega, pequeño, elegante, buenas instalaciones y personal muy amable. Ideal para fin de semana visitando la zona, con restaurante de menú degustación y visita a bodega/cata
