-Im Zimmer waren überall haare vom vorgänger oder der Putzkraft -zimmer ist io, das Bad sprich die Dusche wäre sanierungsbedürftig. -günstig pro Nacht aber es ist es nicht schön da. -das beste war die Gratis Parkgarage für das Auto. -Mit einer Partnerin würde ich da niemals absteigen. -ich war früh am Morgen schon da, dann wurde man von der Dame an der Rezeption noch angeschwärzt man sei viel zu früh… Checkin war dann natürlich nicht früher möglich obwohl das Hotel nicht voll war. -Gepäck musste man mit einem an der Rezeption erhaltenem Schlüssel selber in der Gepäckraum reinbringen und Abschliessen. Sicherheit der Gepäckstücke nicht gegeben da Selbstbedienung. -Schallimissionen der Nachbarzimmer war schrecklich und nicht auszuhalten. Ich bin früher ausgecket als geplant… -Klimaanlage alt und staubig Ich komme nicht mehr tut mir leid. Das gute war der Preis und fertig.

El personal antipático. Cuando hice el checkin no tenían habitación que reservé y su solución fue que era lo que había. Pedí hablar con el Director y a las 3 horas me pusieron en la habitación que reservé.

The hotel claimed to have air conditioning, which turned out to be a system that only blows hot air in winter. When the room became uncomfortably warm, we were advised to open a window. This would have been fine if the hotel had not been on top of an active bus depot. We also noticed a sign in the lift informing guests that the water system was being disinfected and should not be used during certain hours. This felt like the sort of information better delivered directly to the room. To round things off, the evening after the disinfection there was no hot water at all until the following morning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Trivelige ansatte, men dessverre litt eldre. Vannet på bassengen var kaldt, men det var pga sesongen.

Great service by friendly staff and very good VFM..... Our only gripe was the noise overnight from our room on the 2nd floor(both from inside[returning revellers/guests in the early hours of the morning c.2am] & outside early morning trolleys etc @ c.6-7am)

it was a good enough price for last minute bookings. and the people were nice. the hotel is not a super taken care of top end place but it worked just fine for us.

La verdad la experiencia fue genial muy tranquilo, la señora de la noche fue muy amable y siempre dispuesta ayudarnos. El desayuno variado y muy bueno la tortilla de patata genial, lo recomiendo

With little to expect, I was absolutely surprised by service, hospitality and locality of this hotel. Direct access from the airport, a short walk into Benidorm but just enough out of the way for some peace and quite. The staff were brilliant!

The hotel was conveniently located for our trip, 30 minutes walk to the centre of Benidorm. Very good room size, shower excellent, air con excellent. We did not interact much with staff but they all seemed ready to help. The breakfast was decent, not a big choice for cereals or natural dairy products.

Hôtel confortable et proche de la station de bus et du tram reliant Calpe à Alicante. A 30 min à pieds du centre ville de Benidorm. Bonne salle de sport et belle piscine.
