The hotel is built like a village with a number of swimming pools and seating areas. The Club section is adult only with its own breakfast area, pool and sun lounging area. There is a gym, spa and squash courts but one can easily run along the prom.

Estancia perfecta. Buena ubicación, hotel completo que te hace sentirse realmente Lanzarote con su arquitectura. El único “pero” es para el gimnasio, este podría ser mucho más grande considerando el tamaño del hotel. El trato del personal es excelente, la comida riquísima, instalaciones bien mantenidas, limpio y amigos de la naturaleza.

Es muy tranquilo, pero carece de animacion. Las habitaciones muy amplias pero la que nos dieron estaba muy alejada de todo (piscina,restaurante, recepcion etc). Los desayunos mucha variedad pero las cenas algo repetitivas y como punto negativo las bebidas en la cena no estan incluidas. Ni el agua.

Lovely hotel with great amenities and excellent location. The room was excellent and had a selection of great pools and bars/restaurants.
The Marina is a 1 minute walk away and has amazing shops/bars/restaurants. All the staff were friendly and were happy to help with anything. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and drinks and the quality was very good. The only one slight bad point was the bed mattress was very hard.
We would definitely visit again if going back to the Island.

Im sure the hotel would have been a nice experience ,staff friendly but unfortunately we wasn't told about the pool being closed, which was the main thing that attracted us to the hotel, im not sure if that is down to the listing on expedia or the hotel itself. Hence the review.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful—immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great options to choose from.
We stayed here to celebrate our graduation, and to our delight, the team even left a special surprise in our room—it truly made our stay extra memorable.
Thank you for everything! We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back.

If you are booking this hotel you must note that the main pool is out of use this summer. I was unaware of this until I checked in which was very disappointing. I would recommend only staying here if you want a hotel as a base. If you want to relax around the pool, the pools that are open are not relaxing due to being dominated by small children and quite crowded.

L’hôtel est idéalement placé ! Très agréable quand on fait partie du club volcan qui nous donne l’exclusivité pour la piscine chauffée au sel et son bar immergé et ses deux jacuzzi avec vue sur papagayo et l’océan .. le point négatif dans notre chambre ..: les lits sur roulettes .. étonnant !!

Excellent location overlooking the bay and back drop of the mountains. Great staff and breakfast. disappointed with diner choices . Labeling of menu could be helpful with more english translation at the restaurant.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful—immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great options to choose from.
We stayed here to celebrate our graduation, and to our delight, the team even left a special surprise in our room—it truly made our stay extra memorable.
Thank you for everything! We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back.

If you are booking this hotel you must note that the main pool is out of use this summer. I was unaware of this until I checked in which was very disappointing. I would recommend only staying here if you want a hotel as a base. If you want to relax around the pool, the pools that are open are not relaxing due to being dominated by small children and quite crowded.

L’hôtel est idéalement placé ! Très agréable quand on fait partie du club volcan qui nous donne l’exclusivité pour la piscine chauffée au sel et son bar immergé et ses deux jacuzzi avec vue sur papagayo et l’océan .. le point négatif dans notre chambre ..: les lits sur roulettes .. étonnant !!

Truly a wonderful place to stay! Staff cannot do enough, rooms are so clean & spacious, food is plentiful and delicious! Stones throw from harbour and seafront walk to sandy beaches and azure blue sea - what more could you want!!
