We didn't stay for breakfast. I was pleased by how they quickly handled my problem with, I believe, was a drunk person who thought my room was his, in the early hours, who was very persistent, trying the door and not taking no for an answer.I would have liked for them to just recap with me when I checked out to see how I'd slept after. Which to be honest wasn't great. The hotel we've used on numerous occasions, over several years . The staff are great, the facilities excellent. So I won't let that one incident colour my judgement of the hotel. In fact it was good to see how quickly they sorted it once I'd rung them .

Good breakfast, also had dinner one night and food was excellent. Friendly staff.

La habitacion comoda, la atencion del persona muy buena, el desayuno con opciones para todos, lo malo es el estacionamiento. hay que buscar en la calle y es un poco complicado

This is a 3-star hotel. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, our shower did not work for 24 hours, and there was also a leak from the bathroom. The area on the left side of the street didn’t feel very safe or clean. Staff were not very friendly—when I asked about compensation for not having a shower for 24 hours, the response was dismissive (‘so what do you want me to do?’). Overall, the front desk and staff came across a bit rough around the edges. We ended up checking out a day early and returning to Barcelona. Breakfast was fine.

Easy bus connections. Comfortable but a bit snug. Great helpful and energetic staff.

Great for the solo traveler. I had a comfortable stay for six nights. The room and bathroom had everything I needed. The front desk, dining, and cleaning staff paid attention to every detail.

Was part of a longer trip. Valencia is incredible the hotel was beautiful, well located and clean.

we loved this hotel. the staff was so nice and helpful. the room was pretty basic but very clean and very comfortable. we slept great on the bed. i saw some other reviews where people said the breakfast wasnt worth it. i completely disagree ! the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. lots of choices and all quality food. the coffee was amazing. my wife and i were actually saying we couldnt wait to come back and stay here. and we will definitely suggest it to friends.

Hotel muy bueno... Tanto el trato del personal, como las habitaciones, el colchón, la insonorización,las almohadas, el desayuno...Quizas lo que menos me gustó fue la zona del retrete de la habitación..un poco pequeño.. pero lo demás muy bueno... Incluso como íbamos con niños, aprovechó la pequeña habitación de juegos que tienen cerca de recepción volveremos

Si piensas parkear en el hotel, alquila un auto muyyy pequeño. Es una escalera de caracol de castillo medieval. No hay manera que no raspes el auto.
