Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.

Great location for our stay

Overall I thought the hotel was very good balue for money staying on an all inclusive basis....food was average anda bit repetitive but was only there for 2 full days so can't really say what a week's dining would be but always found something to eat. All the staff were lovely but a special mention to Sam, the entertainment guy. Very welcoming, funny and a credit to the hotel 🤗. Negatives would be the place is a bit run down in places both inside and outside....loose paving stones, sunbeds past their sell by date and the restaurant needs sime character instilled into it, very bare and stern looking. In the apartment the balcony light did not work, the hairdryer was hanging loose in the bathroom and only one mirror in the whole apartment. Just little things but fixing them would make a good hotel into a great hotel 😁

Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door. Pool was lovely with some activities in a day, was cold but it was hot so was refreshing when you got in. Spotless pool, would stay again. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed, nobody got up early and did sunbed wars, staff was friendly. Thank you.

It was a nice hotel, but the rooms could do with a bit of updating. Housekeeping could be improved and more regular than every three days

Nice clean hotel rooms were a little dated , beds were comfortable only 1 pillow though . Food was good enough in the all inclusive. Different themes every night . The Chinese night was our favourite. They also had lovely chicken kebabs on the Chinese night also they were my favourite. Breakfast was also good . Lunch could have been a bit better very similar to dinner . Burgers would have been nice at lunch but they didn’t have any , I would stay here again only problem is the hill coming back up from the strip . There is a lovely Chinese at the end of the road called new world . Very close to the strip good location

chambre spacieuse avec coin repas. manque housse de couette. 1 seule couette pour 2 lits simple c est juste. cote restauration.je ne comprends pas les avis negatifs car c était bon. des repas à thème chaque soir. des fruits frais. le personnel tres gentil, un bonjour à Nico

De kamer was goed en de bedden lagen heerlijk. De accomodatie is op loopafstand van alles, alleen is het wel een steile route. Het ontbijt was prima, lunch vonden we niet top en avondeten hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Wifi signal is poor and the room is quite old as huge difference with the photo

Proche de la mer (5 grosses minutes à pied), calme, chambres correctes, nourriture moyenne. Heure de checkout affichée sur la carte etait différente de l'heure réelle (affichée à la reception).

The staff work hard, but the all inclusive options was just average most of the time u could find something nice on the menu

Very good stay. Great location. All inclusive was great. Constant food and drink. Great pool. Good sunbathing area. Rooms were nice. Beds and pillows uncomfortable however. Still highly recommend.

Personnel de l'accueil poli et plaisant ainsi que la responsable, hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes du centre. La chambre est de bonne dimension mais intérieur un peu vétuste. Buffet très répétitif et plutôt fait pour les clients anglais. Piscine non chauffée et très froide. Nous venons 4 fois par an sur l'île et avons fait le mauvais choix pour cet hôtel.

Very very small hotel which this comes a very small buffet and only one pool bar. The bar was fine all though limited selection it was never busy and always served with a smile. The pool area always very clean House keeping ever other day which meant damp bathroom towels. Entertainment only Mondays and Thursdays. Hire of beach towels at €1 a day for the cheap small towels and €3 for the bigger ones. Walk down the road and buy a towel for €4

Hotel was lovely, 5 minutes down to beach, shops for amenities very close by, pool was lovely but cold for about 10 seconds then you get used to it, food it is what it is breakfast nothing to worry about, only ate lunch once and it was fine and for dinner there was always something to eat, drinks fine (need to work on the cocktails though), room was perfect for us no complaints there, all in all we had a good time

Tres bon sejour, temps agréable, ile a taille humaine, mais trop de construction. Nourriture bonne et variée, pret à revenir.
