Hébergement confortable et propre. Parfait pour les familles. Personnel très sympathique. C'était notre 2ème voyage. Nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine.

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble. La piscine extérieure est un peu froide, mais c’est normal pour la saison puisqu’elle n’est pas chauffée. Le matelas est un peu dur et c’est assez bruyant la nuit, mais ça reste correct dans l’ensemble. Les repas sont bons, même si on ne remarque pas beaucoup de changement d’un jour à l’autre. Mention spéciale pour les super animations, qui font vraiment la différence !

Très bon séjour à Lloret del mar dans cet hôtel familial . C’est un hôtel qui propose un parc aquatique pour enfants et adultes. Les équipements sont à la hauteur de la taille de l’établissement. Petit bémol, le sol pour accéder aux toboggans est extrêmement glissant ! La restauration, la propreté et la qualité du service est à la hauteur comme à chaque fois en Espagne . La mer est à quelques pas de l’hôtel bien que l’hôtel ne soit pas situé directement sur la route principale ce qui évite pas mal de nuisance sonore . La balade en ville le soir est très agréable . L’hôtel propose également pas mal d’activités pour petits et grands tout au long de la journée et la soirée. Le seul bémol comme je disais plus haut est le sol glissant qui permet d’accéder aux toboggans, à part cela tout est très bien

We went with my 5 and 9 year old children and we all absolutely loved it. There was activities during the day at kids club that they liked and also activities for the adults like water polo, darts, archery and table tennis. There is a mini park on site and crazy golf course. The food was good and the kids and the bonus of hot dogs/ burgers/ chips and rolls to name but a few during the day. Fully recommend this hotel for children the age of mine. Yes, the hotel room was small but the bathroom was more than adequate.

El tema del todo incluido: Pidiendo un par de helados, uno para mí y otro para mí hija. Solo en helados del todo incluido habían cuatro helados a elegir, un cono nata choco, unos polines, polo fresa / limón , polo bombón choco. Un simple zumo de naranja natural exprimida , ya se tenía que pagar... Yo pienso que con lo que se paga en el tema del todo incluido, tendría que ser más , ya que lo dice... (( TODO INCLUIDO )).

Part of a family vacation. The all-inclusive part (dinner) left more to wish for. Pool area got quite crowded, but still very nice with professional service personnel.

Wir waren zu viert als Familie anwesend (Kinder 7+9). Insgesamt 9 Nächte, leider müssen wir sagen 9 Nächte zu viel. Das Hotel ist definitiv kein 4 STERNE Hotel, nie und nimmer… Das Hotel liegt so knapp bei 3 Sternen. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass im Pool auf den Rutschbahnen und mit den Animateuren. Wir Eltern haben jedoch gelitten. Es ist dreckig, die Räumlichkeiten riechen ecklig und sind viel zu klein. Die Anlage ist nur für diejenige Menschen, welche sonst schon selber ecklig sind oder sich jeden Abend betrinken um den Eckel nicht zu erkennen. Ganz ehrlich Leute, tut euch das nicht an, spart etwas mehr Geld oder macht etwas kürzer Ferien aber dafür richtig in einem schönem sauberen Hotel. Zimmer: Zimmer für eine 4-Köpfige Familie sind viel zu klein, da steht, liegt und sitzt man quasi aufeinander auf. Die Zimmer sind auch für kleinere Familien zu klein. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Bad ist katastrophal und ein regelrechter Alptraum. Das Bad ist dreckig und wird nicht sauber geputzt. Die Duschen sind eine Fehlkonstruktion. Die Duschwanne hat kontergefäll, so dass es bei jedem Duschgang eine richtige sauerei gibt und danach der ganze Bad Raum nass ist. Zudem sind die Duschbrausen verkalkt und funktionieren teilweise gar nicht. Nach jedem Duschgang fühlten wir uns dreckiger als vorher…Zudem hört man sehr gut wenn der Nachbar oben auf die Toilette geht… Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Very disappointing experience at this so-called 4-star hotel. First, the room and the entire hotel had an extremely strong chemical smell that made it uncomfortable to stay inside. We had to keep the windows open most of the time, which wasn’t really a solution. We specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised kids' club, but in the two full days we’ve been here, we haven’t been able to use it even once. The activities are scheduled in the middle of the day under the strongest sun, at 12 PM, and there’s no option for the children to stay indoors with air conditioning. Completely unsuitable for families with young kids. Breakfast was terrible — the food was of poor quality and very limited. We actually had to leave the hotel hungry and find proper food in town. The room itself was disappointing: old furniture, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and our “view” was just of the parking lot. On top of this, when I tried to pay for a children's mini-golf game, they insisted on cash only and refused to add it to our room bill or accept card payment. When I raised the issue with reception, I was shocked by the response I received. Pati from the reception told me directly, "We have enough tourists without you" and added that I should always carry cash in case of a power outage. I also interacted with Elly at the reception — she showed the same indifferent and dismissive attitude, with no intention to help or offer any reasonable solution.

This was our 2nd time at Rosamar Garden Resort and we love the facilities for our kids as well as the beach and area is like what you would expect when you say Spanish beach...absolutely stunning.

The pool and slides were excellent

Jeg var virkelig tilfreds med mit ophold på hotellet. Alt fra den venlige service til de komfortable værelser gjorde oplevelsen helt fantastisk. Det var en dejlig atmosfære, og jeg følte mig godt tilpas hele tiden!
