Hotel Rural La Posada El Sestil

It was far away but it was surprisingly beautiful, with a great view, very comfortable, clean and the staff was wonderful! It was a great experience! We fully recommend it.

Loved everything about this rural hotel. The drive to it was spectacular, the views from it are breathtaking, breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the young hosts were amazing.

Wonderful traditional hotel in a stunning part of the Picos de Europa. Getting there is an event in itself; after you've passed through magnificent scenery, you're faced with a winding road to the top of the mountain, passing through two tunnels. Once there, you're on the edge of a charming village, and although the hosts speak little English, we both got by with the help of Google Translate! The hosts do everything they can to make you feel welcome and at the heart of a traditional Spanish home. Excellent walking from the hotel, stunning views and amazing home-cooked local food. Delicious breakfasts and evening meals – make sure you experience the restaurant. Thanks for a great couple of nights.
