Great stay. The restaurants can be quite busy but the hotel was at full capacity. Kids club was great. Would defo recommend

Good location, large rooms, plenty of parking spaces, large restaurants, lovely spacious lobby, easy access from and to the airport by public bus, with bus stops right outside the resort. Some of the buffet food not so great but always you can find something to enjoy, as there is plenty choice. All day snack bars. Totally amazing water park for all ages. Despite the large capacity of this hotel, you can still find some relaxation between lavish, tropical gardens all around. Staff is trying their best to avoid any panic during busy lunch and dinner buffet. Few interesting shops inside the resort. I would stay here again.

What a gorgeous property, very stylish and stunning furniture. Great layout and easy to navigate. The suite is stunning, we loved our room. We did upgrade to the Premium Drinks package, which is only Euro15 per person, per day - definitely worth it as the standard off the shelf alcohol is very entry level. We also found most of the staff (not all) to be, putting it frank, miserable. Not sure if they are overworked, hate theue jobs or its just becasue of the season and they are exhausted (start of January), but nearly ever member of staff, particularly reception and the bar were just miserable and zero care in customer service. Very disappointing for hotel that is really stunning. Not every member what terrible, there are a few gems around, particularly the housekeeping who were so accommodating and friendly. Towards the end of our 7 nights, we felt there was a change in staff shift, and the mood picked up.... Additionally, there are many reviews about the standard of food. Yes, this is not a 5* and it is not a la carte, but we found the food fine, and excellent value for money. The main dining room can be loud, the Kokolo (whatever the name is Asian resturant outside) was disappointing, but overall it was good. Do prepare yourself for loads of families and chilren. This is a very family friendly property and with that, there are loads of kids screaming, crying and all over the place in the dining room. Overall, would I return - yes. Good value for money and good hotel

Todo muy accesible, teniamos carrito de bebé y se accedia muy bien, todo a la mano, había momentos de buya pero tampoco algo muy exagerado, potitos para bebe te los hacían en el buffet, todo muy excecional, personal de 10

Het was erg mooi. Hele mooie zwembaden en ook de aankleding van de lobby en het restaurant was prachtig.

Bij het ontbijt was het druk. Top waren de diners in het Italiaans en Aziatisch restaurant. De standaard kamers zijn ruim, mooi en comfortabel. Het hotel ligt wat verder van de zee en Het Engels strand, maar dat is net een voordeel. Als je graag wandelt, is het de ideale plek.

All was very good

A bit big for us but that said it is a great place to stay and excellent value for money. We had a Prestige Suite which suited our family well as long as your kids will share a bed, or it’s 2 couples. Spacious and modern and cleaned everyday. Main restaurant offers a good selection and quality of food and the pool bars are very good. When it’s fully booked (which it was last 2 days of our hols) it was less enjoyable. We then chose to eat out and had lunch in the main restaurant rather than the pool bar as it was way less busy.

El hotel es genial para pasar unos días en desconexión total del mundo. Tiene una piscina enorme que se divide en varias a su vez. El personal es muy amable y atento. Lo único las chicas de la limpieza que no siempre nos limpiaron la habitación como debían. El todo incluido es un poco 'engañabobos' referente a las bebidas alcoholicas. Solo entra los preparados que ellos te dan, ninguna marca de alcohol común.

Synes det var lidt irriterende at man skulle betale for internettet. Men er helt vild med poolen og maden! Og dejligt lækkert hotel!

Habitación cómoda y limpia, buena comida. El personal es muy agradable.

Von Anfang an sehr sympatisches, sauberes und gut organisiertes Hotel, zu empfehlen für jedermann der gerne All Inklusive bucht, wie wir es gemacht haben. Feines Essen an allen Buffett von morgens bis abends grosse Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Grosser Ess Saal, kein Gedränge und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer gross, sauber und mit Balkon auf Ostseite sehr ruhig. Bus vor der Tür, es empfiehlt sich aber ein Mietauto ab Flughafen zu mieten. So ist man in Kürze an den interessanten Sanddünen, in den Bergen und an den Häfen, so z.B. am sehr schönen Hafen Puerto Magan, wo wir abends hingefahren sind. Die Pool Anlage dieses 4 Sterne Hotels ist neben dem Essen wohl das beste ! Es stehen 4 Pools zur Verfügung und es hat immer ein Plätzchen frei. Ausserdem kann man auch All Inklusive Essen und Trinken an 4 Pool Bars, die sehr freundlich sind. Sehr geeignet für Familien, da es auch immer Kinderabende, Disco usw. sowie für die Eltern Piano Bar zum Entspannen hat. Betreffend WLAN kann man sehr günstige Packages erwerben. 3 Tage für 2 Geräte erhält man für 12 Euros. Man sollte jedoch nie vergessen, allgemein etwas Trinkgeld bereit zu halten. Die freundlich hilfsbereiten zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter haben es wirklich verdient. Wir kommen wieder, es hat uns sehr gefallen !
