Clean room, nice and helpful staff

Room was dirty, shower wasn’t working, front desk said there was no early check in but let 3 people do early check in before us

It was a really great experience at the hotel, the staff were helpful and everywhere was clean

The reception lady was terrible I don’t know how she is performing normally but for me she was frustrated and repeating the same thing without listening me and her only focus was the payment that’s why maybe she was totally distracted and when I asked to get calm down and try to listen and talk silently she gone crazy and started to talk Spanish language with her colleague which was kind a rude thing and showing me she was not actually paying any attention to my talk and after that point I’ve stop the monologue and one of her colleague handled the case and exactly after 10 minutes I was in the room.

Sauberes Zimmer

The worst hotel experience ever!!! To get to the entrance you have to climb 25 steps or go uphill for about 50 mts. with luggage in tow, with no consideration for guests with mobility issues. Being a low budget hotel, they dont have a bell boy, just a measly little cart, without the braking feature. For personal reasons, unfortunately we had lots of luggage, we had to make three trips up and down the explanade to get it all in. You would think the staff would be sympathetic and maybe offer a room close to the elevators, so you wouldnt have to drag things through a long hallway, smelling of Pinesol or similar product. The room was ok. They told us there was a 24 hr bar/restaurant downstairs to grab something to eat and drink. Well, no such luck, since the person making sandwiches was arriving two hours later. The next morning we had to get ready half an hour earlier to be able to drag the luggage down and of with many people coming down for breakfast we had to miss the elevator and in the end the breakfast all together. I asked the receptionist to please call us an XL cab, she said they didnt book anything over a regular size taxi. Most unhelpful staff I have ever met. I called a local friend almost in tears; he spoke to them and they got the XL cab we needed. Fortunately the driver was nice and friendly and dragged the suitcases one by one by one down that awfull staircase. I have never been happier to check out from a place. If I could rate 0 I would do itl

Chambre au 1er étage avec vue sur pas grand chose, état général correct (ça reste un ibis). Facile d'accès et pour se garer.

When I asked about the city, Barcellona, for example, restaurent?, flamenco dance show?, bus lines, subway lines, they told me that did not know nothing about the city.

Everything was good except the breakfast. The breakfast was really lacking and when something ran out they didn't refill it. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it is far from the city center, there is good access to the metro and bus station. The distance from the hotel was not a problem at all.

Very clean room! Some things need improvement for example the reception staff second shift none of them spoke English. Every night that I came back into the room my card had always a problem! I had to go down again to re-configure it because I was not able to enter the room! This happened 2 times. On top of it they always forgot to put the right number of towels into the room! Fair connection with the metro but a but far away from the city.

Très bon séjour, mais plus de 30 minutes d'attente pour avoir une facture que l'on n'a pas pu m'imprimer et que l'on devait m'envoyer en 5 minutes par mail. 5 heures après, toujours pas de facture, il faut téléphoner, puis envoyer un mail, ... Ce n'est pas un hôtel pour le travail, on perd trop de temps.
