Rooms were lovely. Bed very comfortable- air con a little tricky to use. Breakfast very good for the money and bar staff very welcoming with complimentary snacks served with most of our drinks. Location ok too

Très bel hôtel. Chambre complètement rénovée. Déjeuner copieux. Personnel sympathique, qui parle même un peu français pour certains. Métro au coin de la rue. Les rues autour ne sont pas très interessantes, mais 5-10 minutes de marche et on arrive dans un secteur plus dynamique et plus joli.

Nice room with a good bathroom and everything you need. I couldn’t access the pool though, for some reason my key card didn’t let me

Very basic small room located in the business section of the city.

Nice basic hotel. Close to transit but further the city center. Underground parking available was nice, tight for larger vehicles. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was located in a very nice and calm area in 2 min walking distance of a great yellow metro line. The staff were super helpful and quickly supporting what we required. The room was semi clean. However, after every room services, they just tidy up the bed and not cleaning the bathroom and also forgot to fill up the facial tissue. When we asked the staff to fill it up, they did quickly. The breakfast was nice with a veriaty of foods. I have a complain about not having the luggage storage in the hotel. There were some rental lockers and unfortunatly they were all full when we want to put our luggage after checking out. This makes our last day challenging to figure out where we can store our luggages in the city. It was not mentioned when we did the reservation. I am asking the hotel's manager that they should clarify this situation with every guest in the first day to not being suprpised in the last day. It is not usual to not having the storage for the luggages.

I had a wonderful time, but I cannot recommend this property without mentioning the lack of air conditioning. The temperature never got above 75 degrees F, but the room was never below 70. Sleeping here was so taxing, but everyone was wonderful so I don’t know how to review the experience beyond leaving 4/5.

Two adults and a toddler staying in a family room. Small room but big enough for the amount of time we stayed in our room. Shower gel & hairdryer available in room. Powerful shower. Cleaner serviced room each day but this was really to make the bed so we opted out of this. We asked for clean towels each day at reception. The air conditioning was not on & I was told it was out of season (April). If I was hot, I had to open the window. Window only opened so far & it was quite noisy through the night on the Saturday (less so on the Sunday & Monday). Cleaner closed the window when servicing the room therefore on our return the room was very hot. Few toys in reception area entertained my son. Didn’t eat breakfast as we sampled local cafes. Didn’t use pool area. Bar area in reception was nice.

Quando fiz a reserva fiquei um pouco apreensiva, pois li alguns comentários negativos. Mas não vi nada negativo, só coisas positivas. O hotel é Ibis, ou seja, eu sei que não é hotel de luxo, mas é hotel super funcional, tudo que eu precisei, encontrei. O hotel é super legal, tudo muito a vontade, super informal, mas super completo. Café da manhã esplêndido. Quartos muito limpos! Equipe de funcionários bem receptiva. Eu e minhas irmãs, minha filha e meu irmão gostamos muito.

Más Personal y mejor formado. No es normal que el recepcionista haga de camarero para servirte en la bar. No hace ninguna de las dos cosas bien. Y poca amabilidad en el servicio de desayuno

Good location

Good help from the staff, very child friendly with lots og toys, card and board games in the property. Swimming pool was open from 10-10 but the water was cold at this time of the year. Overall it’s a very good hotel in a good location with metro access and lots of cafes around.
