Camera grande e hotel molto carino, sono stato per lavoro e non potevo fare colazione e mi hanno preparato la box per la colazione take away molto buona. Purtroppo non ho potuto utilizzare i servizi, per questioni di tempo, ma sembra tutto di ottimo livello

Pas de réservation de petit dejeuner

Chambre spacieuse et propre mais la vue sur l’arrière n’est pas top. Petit déjeuner formidable : bon et beaucoup de choix. Le patio et le bar sont exceptionnels.

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. Greta location. Friendly and helpful staff. Could not ask for more.

Extremely friendly staff

Nice hotel in good location at reasonable price. Offsite parking situation is not great, but not too expensive either. Staff is very friendly, but not very knowledgeable even about things within the hotel.

Enjoyed the breakfast

We had a very nice stay here. The hotel lobby area is outstanding, as is the restaurant next door. Our room was quite commodius. La Laguna is a smaller than the the town of San Christobal below, but quite enjoyable. The public transportation is quite good

Très bel hôtel - chaleureux - cosy - très bon petit déjeuner et restaurant - très bien placé

La habitación estaba limpia. No hay nada en el mini bar ni zapatillas en el baño. El desayuno justito.

Lovely staff, dreadful restaurant. A nice location but remote. Would I stay again? Probably not

Courteous staff and clean rooms

The hotel is nicely located in the historic district of the town with easy flat walking to its many traditional bars and cafes. The interior is beautifully restored and the staff are friendly and professional. Parking if required is about 3 minutes away, it’s pay as you leave and a full 24hrs is €7,50. We had a one of the restored rooms facing onto the street but although there was some traffic rumbles it caused us no trouble. The only thing stopping a full 5 stars was the paper thin walls between rooms and the music from the restaurant under the floor which played loudly till after midnight in some cases. The couple in the next room had exotic after hours activities which we didn’t want to hear.

Allt var bra förutom att det inte fanns någon AC tillgänglig, vilket innebar att det var alldeles för varmt på rummet.

The property listed parking but when we arrived we were told there is no parking due to works. We were given a room in a new wing of the hotel that looked like a generic chain hotel. We asked to be moved to the historic part we thought we would have. There was an additional charge of 50 euros per night. We did upgrade and the new room was more in what we expected. The dinner in the restaurant was terrible. The lobby is beautiful and the personnel are friendly.

Good central location with nice bar to chill out in.
