The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made the stay very comfortable. The balconies were a great feature, offering pleasant views of both the street and the back patio. The shower had strong water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped with quality silverware and glassware.
The only minor drawback was that the shower did not have a shelf or ledge to hold shampoo, conditioner, or soap, which made it a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

I have booked four-day stay here, specifically reserving a room with city views. Instead, they shoved me into a depressing, street-level dungeon facing a literal brick wall. When I rightfully expressed my fury and demanded they honor my actual reservation, the property management flat-out refused with total, callous indifference. Dealing with them was like screaming at a brick wall—zero empathy, zero customer service, just a robotic, unhelpful machine. This place is an absolute joke. I will never set foot in this establishment again,

Location was perfect! Loved being in the quaint, lively town of Ruzafa. Apartment was clean. However, when I booked this apartment, I thought I was renting one that had a terrace on a higher floor that had a view of the street/city. We were on the bottom floor and the “terrace” that was advertised with beautiful pics was NOT the terrace we got. Our terrace had high walls on every side and had one chair. Nothing like the pics that were shown. It was very misleading. And very disappointing to say the least. And when booking it was confusing as to which exact apartment you were booking. All the pics were lumped together.

Our second time in this building.
The street is noisy for those who like to go to bed early, so this apartment with the bedroom at the back was much better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the climate control worked exceptionally well, keeping us comfortable throughout our visit.
One of the things we enjoyed most was the location. It allowed us to experience the daily life of the city rather than just the tourist areas. The balcony overlooking the street provided great views and added an authentic local feel to our stay. Despite being on a lively street, the room was surprisingly quiet thanks to the well-insulated balcony doors.
The hotel is conveniently located with excellent access to public transportation, and downtown is within a reasonable walking distance—less than a mile away. There are also several grocery stores nearby with very reasonable prices, as well as a variety of restaurants and nightlife options right on the same street.
The only improvements I would suggest are providing thicker blankets, upgrading the quality of the couch mattress, and adding a broom along with a few basic cleaning supplies for guests staying multiple days. The in-unit laundry was convenient, although we found that the machine did not fully dry our clothes. Fortunately, there are laundromats nearby that make it easy to finish larger loads if needed.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

Very smooth check-in (including availability for early check-in), excellent communication with host and superb location, close to all the amenities. Our apartment on the ground floor was a bit dark and with a sofa bed opened for the third guest, hard to navigate around. Otherwise no major complaints.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Dachterrasse und ist modern,sauber und gut gelegen. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, aber recht minimalistisch (wenig Besteck, wenig Gläser, ...). Das Bad ist groß genug und mit einer guten Dusche, mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wären angenehm. Check-in und die Kommunikation waren hervorragend, man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben.

In general very good. Our first night the neighbour partied and smoked on balcony, and noice travelled true joint fire door. Not Limehomes fault, but as no one is on site there is not much they can be done bout it.

Апартаменты в целом понравились. Очень хорошее расположение, всё было чисто и аккуратно, заселение прошло без проблем.
Из минусов: главная спальня выходит окнами на улицу, и при открытом окне довольно шумно из-за дороги прямо под окнами. Также в спальне есть дверь запасного выхода/смежная дверь, и вечером было хорошо слышно соседей — разговоры и телевизор до поздней ночи, шумоизоляция в этой зоне слабая.
В остальном проживание было комфортным.
