Todo como estaba descrito. La localización es perfecta, el barrio es de lo mejor de Madrid. Muy recomendable por el precio!

This is not a hostel and there is no onsite reception staff. When we arrived to check in there were two other parties who were distraught and had been waiting for check in instructions. Emails said to contact them via WhatsApp but no WhatsApp number was given. Once we called one number and were given the correct WhatsApp number they were slow to respond. Once check in information was given the door to my floor was broken and I couldn’t access. Cleaning staff tried to help. The rooms are fine for the cost and the spaces were clean. When we requested more toilet paper in the shared bathroom it took them a full day and all 3 bathrooms on two floors were without toilet paper for that time. My friend messaged them about this multiple times and they began simply ignoring him. A neighbor was locked out of her room at 5am crying in the hall because her door code was not working and she had to get to the airport. Again, the biggest problem with this place is the lack of staff. They’re making a lot of money I’m sure by having no staff. Cleaning staff were great though and I’m sure they’re doing more than they are paid for.

Habitación básica pero cómoda, el baño limpio aunque faltaba papel, el resto del edificio, antiguo pero bien cuidado

En general, la habitación es bastante decente y se duerme bien. Es una estancia agradable. El baño podría estar en mejores condiciones. Muy bueno el sistema de llave digital. Lamentablemente tuvimos un par de problemas con el ascensor, tuvimos que subir hasta el sexto por escaleras, lo cual fue bastante desagradable.

It was a clean room but there was no body soap and the water pressure was very weak. The bathroom needs lots of work. The room was very simple which I did not mind.

Nunca enviaron los datos de acceso. Imposible comunicarse con ellos. Al principio, se negaron a devolvernos nuestro dinero. Recomiendo leer las reviews en Google antes de reservar.

Falta un poco de explicación para hacer el check in online y no tener que ir a otro lugar. La habitación es muy agradable y el lugar en general para moverte. Sin embargo como esta a lado de bares y el teatro, hay mucho ruido por las noches.

The check in process was not efficient. You need to wait to receive an email which has digital keys that you control with your phone. The room itself was basic but clean. Notably I could not locate the wifi passport located inside of the room. The property itself is somewhat old and dingy, with aged fixtures and amenities.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό αλλά δεν είχαν πάπλωμα ή κουβέρτα και έπρεπε να ζητήσω και επίσης η διαδικασία να μπω στο δωμάτιο ήταν πολύμπόκη και δεν μπορούσα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους τηλεφωνικώς καθόλου κα μόνο με What’s up το οποίο για να μου απαντήσουν και να μου στείλουν τον κωδικό άργησαν 45 λεπτά να περιμένω από έξω για να μπω. Μπήκα 3:45 στο δωμάτιο…

For the price, it is unbeatable. Of course, it was good to read previous reviews, as you do have to obtain a code prior to entering the building. Cleanliness was superb, privacy was superb, in an amazing area, the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful when i was dealing with minor issues regarding extending my stay. The customer service is easy to contact, and very quick to help. The room was very clean, the bathrooms were huge. It was overall, an amazingly good experience considering the price. No complaints, everything was great!

Estaba muy bien pero cuando me iba a el ascensor estaba apagado. Tuve que bajar 4 pisos con 3 maletas.
