La verdad es que al llegar nos dimos un buen susto porque la reserva no les aparecía pero en un rato se pudo solucionar y pudimos disfrutar del hotel.

Excellent stay - couple of little niggles in the room that could do with attention (peeling wallpaper in kids room, few cobwebs, bit of mould in the bathroom), but that is with me being picky! The grounds, pools etc were all very clean and tidy, no rubbish so everything is very well maintained and all public toilets etc were really clean. Buffet food was great as a whole with lots of choice for everyone and drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic were also great, with lots of choice. Liked the token for cups system, much better than using single use plastic everywhere. Pools were great and cannot fault the lifeguards, personally saw them attend to two incidents within seconds! Only niggle with the pools is the rough base in the big pool led to a few scrapes and the colour of the stones showing where it gets deeper could be a darker colour as the two incidents would probably not have happened if that was the case. Staff everywhere were super friendly, helpful and attentive at all times. Kids club was great for little ones, could be more for pre-teens to do at their awkward age and a decent park would be an amazing addition. We also loved the fact we could go back and forth between Pirates Island, the Aqua park and the 'zoo', meant the kids had no reason to moan about being bored. Younger ones loved the 'disco' but again there could be more for the 8-12 age bracket. Would definitely visit again and kids cannot wait to come back, so thank you!!
