Très belle chambre, au calme. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.

Zimmer war schön. Etwas wenig Platz um zwei Handgepäckkoffer zu verstauen. Kein Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche vorhanden. Frühstück kam aufs Zimmer aber sehr wenig und drei Tage lang das selbe.

It was great, we were walking distance to all the attractions and good places to eat!

Wonderful story behind this new hotel. Very spacious with tall ceilings and modern renovations to a historical building. Very clean and comfortable bed. Super kind staff and such an easy walk everywhere. Right by many greats coffee shops, restaurants and dessert

Excelente hotel

This hotel is beautiful. Big renovated rooms. Feels like staying at a palace. Close to main streets. No the best location to arrive if you're driving. Difficult narrow streets with hectic traffic.

We spent three nights at Mercer Residences. Upon arrival, we were delighted with the building's grandeur; the courtyard was breathtaking and felt like a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The lovely receptionist showed us to our room which also looked very impressive - tall ceilings and a beautiful glass-stained window. However, the room was very dark since the only other window was facing a courtyard. Given that the hotel only offers breakfast service in the room, this made our breakfast times a bit gloomy. Another slightly frustrating thing was that the bed was very small - 180cm in length rather than the 200cm standard so my partner's feet were hanging off of it. The bathroom had no storage space and the bedroom had some cupboard but not wardrobes or nightstand drawers. In terms of breakfast, we could not choose and were always given the same breakfast - bread, croissant (not fresh), marmelade, ham, juice, yogurt, fruit and milk. We asked for oat milk and the receptionist made a note of this but were mistakenly brought lactose milk. We asked again but next day the same mistake happened. We asked for the third time but still didn't get oat milk which was a bit annoying, especially given the receptionist always noted this down but clearly didn't pass it onto the breakfast team. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but felt like there are quite a few improvements the hotel could make.

Excellent location, great service and exceed my expectation

Our stay at Mercer Residences Seville was truly exceptional. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and kind—special thanks to David, who went above and beyond to assist us on our first night. We also appreciated the flexibility of a late check-out due to our evening flight. The location is perfect—peaceful and tucked away from the busy crowds, yet just a short walk from the city’s main shops and restaurants. A perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

I thought I had a suite deluxe booking with outdoor space, as shown on Expedia site. When I checked in that was not what I was given. Hotel staff said outdoor space is not guaranteed, there were no other rooms available other than the one I was allocated. [found there waste bin not emptied, no cloth or towel for 'kitchen' area]. Next day I was able to change to room with outdoor space. Found that night the bedroom area was freezing, caused by air con/ extractor which I could not switch off. Complained to hotel which got engineer in to check, part was replaced, but nothing seemed to have changed. Went back next day to first bedroom. I have NEVER changed a hotel bedroom before - and this time it was twice. Appearance of hotel with lovely fountain in centre is deceptive in terms of what it offers, certainly at the price it charges. Neither room had full length mirror, no hook on back of bathroom door for bath robe, minimal items in 'kitchen' area.

This is a renovated palace. Amazing property. Absolutely unique.

The property is very nice a located in the city so you are able to get to all sightseeings by feet. The room was nice and with a small kitchen but unfortunately the equipment like eg cooking pot to be able to cook something was missing. Also a wardrobe or mirror are missing. But nevertheless we had a nice trip to Sevilla and the property is very nice. The staff are also very friendly and cute and do everything that to have a nice nice and happy stay in Mercer Residendeces.

The property is a recently renovated former stately home with a beautiful inner courtyard and exquisite rooms. I stayed in 001 which boasts a dining room, kitchenette, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Window shutters allow you to make the room pitch black at night. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The hotel is so centrally placed (2minutes from Aldi and El Cortes Ingles, fine dining in the doorstep, 15 minutes to the Cathedral, and seconds from cafes and bars). The style and elegance was evident throughout. I thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons finalement été logés dans un autre hôtel du groupe Mercer où le service et l'attention du personnel ont été impeccables. Les chambres et l'hôtel sont très beaux et la literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner très copieux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci beaucoup
