Flott parador! Store rom, god mat og meget hyggelig betjening.

Lové dans le cœur d'un village blanc andalous, on ne peut être que séduit par l'endroit. La vue sur les alentours est magnifique et l'emplacement idéal pour profiter du coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse. Il est fortement déconseillé de s'aventurer dans la vieille ville en voiture, les rues étant particulièrement étroites et les possibilités de parking aux abords de l'hôtel très limité. Il nous a été recommandé un bon parking où stationner avec une navette gratuite jusque l'établissement. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec toutes les commodités possibles ainsi qu'une vue sur la place principalement (pour ce qui était de nos chambres). Pour ceux qui sont inquiets par la présence à proximité directe de l'église, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par les cloches de minuit à 8H00. Le personnel est serviable et la qualité ""Parador"" au rendez-vous. On a pu apprécier également la demie-pension avec un très bon repas bien cuisiné et le service efficace. Le petit-déjeuner était également à la hauteur des espérances avec des produits frais et locaux, le tout dans un cadre local remarquable. À refaire sans hésitation !

A delightful hotel in a superb location. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and view over the countryside and enjoyed that feature. Dinner and breakfast both were delicious and expertly served.

Beautiful parador in stunning location. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Amazing outdoor terraces. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Large rooms - we had vourtyard biew dacing the cathedral and alcazar which was perfect - rooms to the rear gave large balconies with far reaching views. Amazing experience.

Amazing views. Friendly staff. Stay slightly over shadowed by parking issues. Have to pay an additional 20 Euro to park almost a km away made the stay a little less perfect

Very good location, over the top panoramic

El servicio es normal. Las habitaciones son amplias pero están viejas y con varios daños visibles, la climatización es vieja y tiene un ruido insoportable. La limpieza es buena.

Breathtaking views from this Parador overhanging the dramatic Arcos cliff. Add to that a MOST welcoming and pleasantly UPBEAT staff, and one knows that THIS, the stay at the Parador de Arcos will never be forgotten. As evening fell: The dogs were Barking, The doves were Flying, The storks were Nesting, and WE... were Resting.

Excellent hotel with fantastic views-excellent breakfast and the staff nice and friendly would definitely recommend this hotel 🏨

Enjoyed our stay in this very scenic location

We used the free car park outside the town and walked up to the Hotel. no issues at all and gave us the opportunity to get our bearings. the Hotel is sited in the village square. The staff were welcoming, the bedroom was lovely and big overlooking the square. with the wooden shutters we had no issues with noise from the church bells. The breakfast was extensive and we could also order. cooked omelette and eggs. We had a drink before dinner overlooking the plains and mountains breathtaking. we choose to eat in the hotel and weren’t disappointed- we had a tomato soup and pasta dish to start( which could have served as a main) followed by veal tail and venison which were both equally delicious. we would certainly book again.

Habe beim Buchen die Hotels nach einem vorhandenen Parkplatz gefiltert. In der Beschreibung des Hotels stand unter Highlights Parkplatz vorhanden. Nach 15 Minuten fahrt durch die engsten Gässchen stand ich endlich vor dem Hotel. Parkplätze gab es keine, denn das Hotel hat gar keine. An der Rezeption empfahl man mir das nächstgelegene Parkhaus, welches 1,1 km entfernt ist. Von dort könne ich ja dann ein Taxi nehmen. Also wieder 15 Minuten durch Gässchen, wo man zT einen Spiegel einklappen musste, damit man durchkam. Nach 1 Stunde war ich dann am Hotel. Die Dame beim Checkin hatte wenig Verständnis, dass ich aufgrund dieser Erfahrung verärgert bin, das Hotel sei schließlich nicht für die Informationen in der Hotelbeschreibung verantwortlich!? Nur wer sonst? Also unternahm sie exakt null, um den Ärger zu lindern: kein Upgrade (freie Zimmer hätte es genügend gegeben), kein kostenloses Frühstück – noch nicht mal ein Begrüßungsdrink. Danke für gar nichts. Das Zimmer war groß, definitiv nicht modern (aber noch gut in Schuss). Das Frühstück war für die Qualität der Speisen zu teuer. Die Dame im Service war dafür aufmerksam und engagiert. Trotzdem, in Summe war es mein wohl schlimmstes Hotel-Erlebnis ever.

Arcos is a peculiar hotel located atop a cliff on the highest part of town. Do not try driving on the towns narrow streets. Call the hitel and get directons to the remote parking area. Beautiful town and many bars and restaurants to choose.
